I find that it hasn’t. Even now with an adjusted split to PPL/R/U/Legs&Arms/R where I still train triceps (3sets) on the last leg day and then train push 2 days later, when I was gaining I was still able to progress lifts.

New low this morning at 85.7kg. Weight is dropping nicely, Over 4kg down in the last 13 days. Had a bit of weight fluctuation this week due to my shift patterns my sleep, wake and eat times are never the same.

Been a while. Topped out at 90kg on the bulk. Started my 16 week diet phase last week. Intrigued to see what comes of it and how far I can push it. Training all very much the same

Not much has changed in the last few weeks. Tad more volume but weight is up and progressions continue. Done some fun stuff in between, met Conor McGregor in Dublin and trained at Southside Gym whilst I was there. Lot more of the same!

Taken to the new split very well. Week 3 of it and progressions are there to be seen and Kuba is happy with where things are. Very much more of the same in coming days.

In other news, met Ronnie Coleman on Monday that was cool.

Very much more of the same the last month. Change in split from U/L/R to Push pull legs rest upper lower & Arms rest. Plans to start cutting in 2nd January in the new year so my time for progress in this offseason is very limited so the goal is to Make the most of it and push up whatever I can in terms of lift progressions.

Very good session, dialled back on weight in some lifts to progress the rep ranges and juts in general from a safety stand point for my joints. Very good upper session this morning, very little has changed recently as it doesn’t need too and things keep ticking over nicely. Placing a bigger emphasis on practicing posing.

Really good training sessions the past week. Nice lift progressions across the board. Rest day tomorrow then back to u/l on the weekend. My steps are still sitting at 15000 a day.
