Just having the bench at a high incline.. this will use the shoulders and also upper chest. Other than having the bench directly up right.

With the meal plan, you more than happy to run the same carb and protein sources like that for as long as you can as long as the digestion stays very happy?

going to sound really stupid.. but have you checked where you put your scales.. I had the same problem and was doing this on my bathroom floor.. kept doing the exact same thing. went outside and put my scales on the flat concrete and was actually 2kg heavier.. and was very consistent weighing myself in the morning

Rear shots is from the 25th to now.. so back is changing fast but front poses aren’t coming along as fast.. ok I’ll keep doing what I’m doing progress overload and trying to beat my log book every session.. thank you @haider-mehdi

About 12% body fat on callipers.. want to tidy up another 8-10lbs.. then push hard to grow.. time frame is as long as it takes.. I’m growing well atm as I’m back into it after a year and a half.. changing by the week.. but want to tidy up ASAP to get back to a push to grow @hilly carry heck of a lot of fat lower back as in the photo.. tidy that down is the goal right now.. just started tracking food this week but just don’t know where to start my off day calories thanks.. sorry for the vague question
