Thanks guys gives me some good reassurance I’m on the right track, it just gets me sometimes when I’m eating double what my mates are and I’m still starving and leaner then them, but I’m holding great body composition and 15kg up during my rebound so I’ll keep control of my cravings and stick to my meals and hopefully stay hungry

Same here brother, Since i bump my protein I feel i have better recovery, body composition and I am not that hungry tho, For some people lower protein diet works better for some higher, You just need to figure out, JP always was on high protein diet so that should you tell something 😉
Yeah bro, honestly believe it’s the way everyone in the 90s start of 2000s did it and they looked crazy, I find the strength and muscle gains on 4x bw protein is insane. I don’t seem to find the higher protein affect my appetite but not much does I am constantly hungry

How do you find the Reta on the bulk I feel soo bloated on it

Levemir I find better for sides related to water retention.
It binds differently to Lantus and has less spikes. So more stable. Also less sodium retention for this reason.
It’s closer like our own insulin secretion than Lantus. Have a read up on it it’s harder to get hold of. But I favour it
Is there any real way to minimise the water retention on lantus I use 10ius pre meal 1 5x a week on training days and I am so watery in the cheeks and midsection, will it reduce the longer I run or is it just something I have to deal with
Electorate balance, I have guys step on stage dry and peeled using it
It doesn’t hold water imo to this degree
It’s always down to electorate balance
Also just seems to be my midsection and cheeks legs are arms stay dry as -

What’s your height?
-
What are your starting macros going to be
-
Could move into upper/lower split so the sessions are shorter giving you more time you will still get 3x frequency every 2nd week

When using Lantus, it’s important to make sure your nutritional intake is consistent. Insulin doses should be adjusted to fit your actual eating habits and daily needs, rather than adding insulin without the need .
Make a habit of checking your blood glucose at different times throughout the day. If your readings are staying within your target range with your current meals, there may be no need to add or increase insulin. if your blood glucose begins rising above your recommended range, that’s when insulin adjustments might be needed.
Thanks I thought so, atm I only use 10ius on my 5 training days which I eat 750-800 carbs and then I take non on my rest days

Personally have enjoyed slu and mots c

Ok if its about what you feel best on then what I have found I feel best on is taking my gh vial usually 24 iu or 36 iu vials taking out half of it they are usually overfilled so anywhere from 12-20 iu then I just pin like a small amount when i feel like it so like prolly 2-4 iu shots until half vial is gone which I loaded in to syringe then I like to run a basal insulin on top of that Max dose i can use without fbg going below 4.3 and I like Fiasp pre/post workout i also train 2x a day on training days i find it allows me to recover better and make better gains so ima just stick with that I have tried checking blood glucose after meals usually i have 4 solid meals a day they are all currently 200 carbs and my blood glucose even when multi dosing gh stays around 5-5.3 mmol/l and sometimes lower i had some increlex not Long ago i would prefer instead of fiasp gh peri workout but I May give igf-1 lr3 a try
Im confused so you take between 12-20ius hgh a day spaced out randomly during the day and you also use a random amount of long acting insulin daily?

Think all at night would be better for overall igf1 and control of bg and water retention

Cant add much more at all to what J has put in already.
I agree on all points and would Defo have lantus in there with meal 1 at 10iu with some scope to increase this if needed IME also as the growth phase continues
Thanks hilly, been watching heaps of you lately on the engineered boys podcast and j pirch, your knowledge is fucken insane
