Honestly imo just use gh pre bed will see better results and will be the same price if not cheaper

You won’t see much of a difference in growth on 10ius vs 6-8 imo, may help keep body composition slightly better and you more full but hgh doesn’t cause much muscle growth imo just helps in the background with everything else

Should I set the 366g of total protein based on my high day then?
They are saying as long as direct sources are the same both days it’s fine to have lower total protein on low carb days

Hey Kuba, what are your thoughts on lantus and how it works synergistically with gh? Or if there is any merit to it. As well as any long term issues with running low dose lantus 5-15 iu for extended periods of time
I actually did a ton of lectures on this, Gh mechanistically changes how your body uses fuel, using long acting insulin can have merit to keep nutrition partitioning in a good place for some. 0 long term

Can you not pick up generic GH that’s £1- £1.20 an iu ? Then you can take a proper dose and it’s going to cost you £6-7 a day

3-4iu pre workout would be the amount I used, any more I find makes me sleepy towards end of Session but this is different for all.
How you would pair it with insulin would depending on carb amount your currently consuming around training and if insulin was needed per se or justified.
in general tho one may start with 3-4iu fast acting insulin 30 minutes pre training and make sure your consuming 40-50g carbs already during the workout to cover this. You also will need to make sure you then have quicker digesting protein and carbs PWO.
another option is to simply take with your pre workout meal and then have intra carbs as above.
Also how long pre workout would you suggest taking the hgh
