    246 today so slightly up.

    Today- test . Eq and GH went UP.

    I’m also adding Lantus in at 10iu fasted since gh has double.

    I have a blood glucose monitor but it keeps showing error so maybe my test strips are too old… I’ll order some tonight

    But I’ll adjust Lantus according to fasted BG levels

    No t3. I have PROFORMA’s GC-1 in instead.50mcg. This minims what t3 does but also reduces fatty liver aid bad cholesterol.

    This one is MUST for us guys. Look it up.

    This will allow us to not use t3 or Clen again. Or at least lower their dosages if you use these. I barely use t3 and never use Clen but I’m happy to use GC as I just don’t think it’ll have any bad effects

    Food wise I won’t change a thing. I think the test eq and gh will let me gain at least a good 10 lbs from here on this food.

    Tonight I’m having a cheat. Burger and fries with Leanne as it’s my 40th. I don’t really crave it but I want to relax with her and we enjoy a nice takeaway. This place does very nice Burgers , quite lean so it won’t even be bad

    So this meal itself will boost things for me as i am so sensitive right now

    Today was back day . Was gonna rest but I want Sunday off instead for a family email with her and my parents as it’s Leanne’s bday too on Monday. Both 40. When did this come round hahaha

    Back and abs

    Rope crunches 5 x8-15

    Neutral grip pull ups 2 x 8-10

    Seated machine low row 2 x 6-10

    Wide grip pull downs 2 x 8-12

    Seated cable row 2 x 8-10

    Db row 2 x 6-10

    Back hyper extension machine 2 x 10-15

    For clarity Sas, are you saying the doses went up already compared to the numbers you posted prior?

    240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.

    Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track

    I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.

    Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried

    The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets

    Did chest today. And a tricep pump

    Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split

    Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs

    Day 2- chest , side delts , calves

    Day 3- legs

    Day 4- arms

    Rest / repeat

    This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.

    So yesterday was back.

    Chest today

    Tomorrow is legs or rest

    Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.

    Then mid week I’ll take a rest day too. As and when I get really need it

    Why did I lower the ghkcu?

    Because I originally had 100mg standalone bottles

    I now have klow which is 50mg . If your taking all 4 of the peptides , can get away with a bit lower , unless skin tightness is your specific goal then use 2000 ish

    Asking from across the pond, as nobody does things as thoroughly as yourself. Have you done any testing of the mixed products that include GHkCU? I know testing of these lyophilized can shown positive and all purebut there is some strong arguments that GHKCU should not be mixed in with any other of these peptides in a solution.

    Only change made is increasing the test by 300mg this week again

    Idea is to drive test higher as estrogen isn’t sitting high from ratios off bloodwork

    Maintain current weight with current food set up

    Trainer after 2 meals as usual , very good leg session felt strong

    Tomorrow rest

    Hey Nathaniel, apologies if I’m not up to speed here, but is this a very different approach for you? I thought you wjrh Joe was always relatively much higher masteron and relatively low test dosages. What are the doses and ratio are you currently running at? Was there a factor that changed this? Apologize if I missed some in the log.

    I got abit carried with leg extensions and my knee told me don’t be fucking stupid
    bicep/tricep superset x 3
    Prime lying ham curl x 2
    Belt squat RDL x 2
    Glute drive x 2
    Leg extension x 2
    Hip press x 2
    I have noticed a nice bump in mental clarity and also sleep since starting the Mito stack. even with the 0.5mg of Reta Im eating my food with ease. I was actually hungry for my meals today, just satisfied after each meal….
    Just to go over waht im currently doing until the klow blend comes in to stock
    SS31 – 500mcg AM
    5 amino 1 MQ – 2mg AM fasted
    SLU-PP 332 500mcg AM mix of IM and oral
    SLU-PP 33 250mcg preWO

    Does that GH pre workout not bring on any lethargy? Also, is this taken IM?

    Look is definitely sharp. Would you mind expanding on what you meant above as unorthodox? How was the cycle shifted? I see notes of the compound additions just curious what you’re feeling/seeing and how they shifted. Thanks for your time!

    Would you mind sharing how much you pulled food down during this mini cut? I see you mentioned pulling drugs back to cruise but didn’t note any diet change or output. Would be curious to those changes during these periods as the composition looks solid.

    Slight change to cruise dose so have moved test down to 200mg per week and mast to 300mh per week and gh down to 5iu

    Morning of

    Client work before pre gym coffee and a reduced volume leg session

    Knees are sore lately so will add some Bpc in as helped before

    Tomorrow will rest

    What signs prompted this flip in the dosages of the compounds for cruise after only a week?

    Have you brought protein down? That appears to be pretty low. I think you may be the most muscular human on that amount of protein 😳. Is that for digestive reasons? Just all that’s required?

    Evening all!

    4 weeks and 5 days out from the show then, we are moving quick now! Weight isn’t moving too much but condition is just improving every check in.

    Changes this week – Cardio increased to 45 mins stairs and NPP is out, Mast E in at 500mg. I’ve also just put the infamous Reta in at 1mg – not just from the appetite benefits, but to help the sleep. My mind is so busy with work stuff & prep I’m hoping it helps there!

    Rest day tomorrow as I’m up in Rotherham for the day shooting with Kuba & Meg. Next check in Wednesday morning so imagine after the way I feel today plus tomorrow, there will be some good visual changes again there 🙏🏻

    Is this the first cycle change you’ve made on prep? I don’t recall seeing any other mention in the vlog so far. Even fat burners?

    Yesterday’s upper session has wiped me out today ! Slow start to the morning as didn’t get out to hit steps due to a busier work load

    will be taking a rest day today which will allow me to be fresher for legs tomorrow

    Will do a full update of food and PEDs tomorrow

    Are you still going to share this update? Curious to see how things are looking currently.

    Rest day Today. Weight up to 254 so climbing nicely.

    A day of food at my mums house today. Sooooo much food : D all the Persian good stuff

    Deca goes up today. 1200 Deca, 150 test , 5iu gh

    Test will go high if I feel I need it to

    Tomorrow is pull day. And man am I fired up to life hard and heavy.

    I’m so determined to make improvements before the Olympia

    My back will be wider , will be thicker, will be better. I know it …

    Hope everyone has had a heat weekend so far

    Have a strong feeling this about to be a hell of a rebound to watch. Very curious to see how you look/feel on this
