Morning guys. So we’re into the last 9 weeks of off-season now, bodyweight creeping back up after the break and sitting at 257lbs. No real changes here, we’re just letting the body get back where it was before the 5 days drop in calories.
Rest today, then another big week to box off ahead!
Can you give an update on current nutrition and cycle?

Rest day usual business, productive days ticked off and as always just cracking on
Overall feeling great, made some slight cycle tweaks
1400 test 1100 primo 400 mast is my peak this time
Dropped mast for eq, week with mast removed sleep improved and joints feel less cranky, mast dries me out a lot, can see it in the look as I wake super hard still, im lean still so I don’t mind dropping mast out now, whats interesting is my HR also dropped
Not a fan of eq with guys who struggle with BP or higher RBC count, I haven’t used it in years and currently have to with some guys especially in USA and getting a lot of success over usual mast using higher test with lower eq.
Beauty of this game we get to run some experiments and see
Feeling better that quickly along with the HR drop is very interesting. I would expect maybe with mast p but I am assuming that’s e?
Did you swap same dose for eq?
Super interesting as you would assume that would be estrogen related but given mast MOA and eq being very strong at actually lowering the e2 but feeling better? You baked it with the work experiment. Would be curious what you think is/will be happening here

Sunday – Rest day and update.
5 weeks into this diet run while cruising and playing around with the Mots C and reta.
Total assistance used.
Test -240mg. – puts me at a test level of 45
GH -5iu pre bed
Mots C -1mg on wake –
Reta – 3 weeks at 250mcg x 3 – 1 week at 250mcg x 4 (1mg) and then last week at 250mcg x 5 (1.25mg)
SLU PP – 600mcg on wake.
5iu fast slin pre workout.
Weight has dropped from a post xmas/ski holiday of 222-223lb to 209-210lb –
No direct cardio – just walking the dog etc and steps between 12-14k
Food has been on the lower side – 150g carbs daily – additional 100g carb powder TBJP performance fuel around training
Protein – 280g
fats. – circa 30-40g.
Training 4 days per week.
pretty happy with visual changes and I am going to keep pushing this another 5-6 weeks into a trip away I have and see just how lean I can get before I then reverse into growing.
I am very very impressed with the mots C – energy and focus is just superb with it in all day, I wake and have CV burn plus the peptides and then no addition stims/coffee etc all day and I feel just as focused and energised at 6-7pm as I do at 6-7am.
Reta – Still not sure here, I know my dose is low but im not finding any reduction in actual hunger. I still get the same hunger pangs etc in the morning and can eat just find. In general I dont honestly have cravings so im not really going to notice much here.
I do feel last week I was a touch more bloated at times than I would normally be as the dose went up. This week I intend to go to 1.5mg and see how I feel there. U doubt I will go much higher.
Overall tho I am getting nice and lean comfortably here with none of the usual clen/t4 etc in so this in reality is a much healthier way of dieting and getting lean lean that running clen etc. Dont get me wrong clen IMO isnt really a unhealthy drug per say overall but it is causing heart rate to increase and putting some strain on the body were as these peptides are having none of that effect.
Blood work will be done at week 8 of this to see if there is much different here in comparison to previous bloods and then when I move to cycle I will keep these in at lower doses to asses if any improvements in blood work hold as I move to cycle.
From here I intend to then bring in SS 31 and NAD and see what these bring
Finally nice to see a well conducted experiment with some more controlled variables. The whole internet is just throwing these all in at once saying they’re amazing and then have no tangible evidence to back any of it up or differentiate the benefits. Very keen to see any bloodwork improvement that you can differentiate from previous bloods even with the weight loss here which will see improvements. If something allows for harder training , you will grow more . Simple as that
Mots c/ ss31 / 5 amino and slu before training let me train stupidly fucking hard , harder than ever before – I can do more volume and progress every set and recover every session. That , means more growth . Don’t let stupid fucking nerds start waffling on about science . I know when I will grow more as I have been able to do sessions I can’t normally do , so even if there is some small interference , I am now able to do things never done before = more growth
Same for klow , my joints have never ever felt this good = more growth
I never ever ever ever ever let skinny little wankers talking science ever bother me if I can feel in a session I’m progressing at a serious rate
These little cunts desperately need content to talk about , so they just waffle on about fucking bollocks that if they actually trained hard they would know is complete shit . You will NEVER see someone doing mad legit stuff , using it for recovery , then say , oooo it’s interfering with progress . They will fucking laugh at you

I hope everyone had a superb Christmas 🙂
No training Thurs/Friday – I had planned to train today before we travel to Manchester but Arilena Mum needs me to get Arilena early today instead of 4pm which means no training but that is life.
We travel to Manchester today and then fly out skiing to Bulgaria 2moro until NYD so there will likely be no training and just family time.
Once I am home NYD and back into work I am designing a full 12 week recomp/diet phase using some peptides while I cruise. I turn 40 middle of march and hill be going to Dubai so I want to be in wicked shape for this and then reverse out and will grow for the rest of the year.
The last 2 months have been probably my worsed in terms of training and eating adherence in my entire life but with moving house and prioritising time with Arilena I am ok with this.
However this will change from January the 1st and I intend to get back to were I usually am and what makes me happy. I am now set up in new house, life is all balanced and things are good. So its time to start making real progress again.

No t3. I have PROFORMA’s GC-1 in instead.50mcg. This minims what t3 does but also reduces fatty liver aid bad cholesterol.
This one is MUST for us guys. Look it up.
This will allow us to not use t3 or Clen again. Or at least lower their dosages if you use these. I barely use t3 and never use Clen but I’m happy to use GC as I just don’t think it’ll have any bad effects
Food wise I won’t change a thing. I think the test eq and gh will let me gain at least a good 10 lbs from here on this food.
Tonight I’m having a cheat. Burger and fries with Leanne as it’s my 40th. I don’t really crave it but I want to relax with her and we enjoy a nice takeaway. This place does very nice Burgers , quite lean so it won’t even be bad
So this meal itself will boost things for me as i am so sensitive right now
Today was back day . Was gonna rest but I want Sunday off instead for a family email with her and my parents as it’s Leanne’s bday too on Monday. Both 40. When did this come round hahaha

240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.
Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track
I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.
Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried
The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets

Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split
Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs
Day 2- chest , side delts , calves
Day 3- legs
Day 4- arms
Rest / repeat
This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.
So yesterday was back.

Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.

Why did I lower the ghkcu?
Because I originally had 100mg standalone bottles
I now have klow which is 50mg . If your taking all 4 of the peptides , can get away with a bit lower , unless skin tightness is your specific goal then use 2000 ish
Asking from across the pond, as nobody does things as thoroughly as yourself. Have you done any testing of the mixed products that include GHkCU? I know testing of these lyophilized can shown positive and all purebut there is some strong arguments that GHKCU should not be mixed in with any other of these peptides in a solution.

Hey Nathaniel, apologies if I’m not up to speed here, but is this a very different approach for you? I thought you wjrh Joe was always relatively much higher masteron and relatively low test dosages. What are the doses and ratio are you currently running at? Was there a factor that changed this? Apologize if I missed some in the log.

Would you mind sharing how much you pulled food down during this mini cut? I see you mentioned pulling drugs back to cruise but didn’t note any diet change or output. Would be curious to those changes during these periods as the composition looks solid.
