Anabolics make overall nitrogen requirements lower in a couple of ways. One, makes our body’s more efficient utilizing nitrogen and also improves recycling of aminos, so we essentially lose less as well. So imo naturals need more based on body weight, however, naturals don’t get very heavy compared to enhanced guys so in the end the enhanced guys end up having a higher intake.
Of course this is a science perspective :). Most people go with higher just to be safe. Myself included.

I keep it simple. Fats upper limit 1g/kg, lower limit .5g/kg unless in extreme dieting circumstances. I’m always closer to the lower as I favor carbohydrates

Best for me is to split Gh at least in two: morning and evening.
If you are using 6ui (or more) you can do morning,post training and evening.

Could be the tamoxifen, this affects people differently. They have actually used that compound to kill the sex drive of “predators” in the past.

Hello people. Hope everyone is ok. Rest day today. After all that food. Wasn’t nice. I’m full of water lol. I’d usually go low on food today but speaking to Jordan and he wants me to eat. And keep eating. After how long I’ve been dieting. So that’s what I’ll do. Lol. We spoke about shows too. Not sure when I’ll compete. It would be nice to hit November shows again. But it’s all depends on my bloods and how they turn out. After being on prep so long I’m v conscious about the state they’ll be in. So I’ll up love heart and curcummin. Jordan has a new product coming out too. Basically liver stack, kidney bp stack and ip6 in one supplement. As I’m takin all 3 of those that will be a game changer. Push day tomorrow and I cannot wait to get moving and get some of these carbs in my chest delts and arms ????????

1:P/f
2:P/F
Pre:P/C(100g)
Intra:P/C(50g)
Post:P/C (225g)
Pre Bed:P/F
Curious if anyone would alter things around given the comments, such as maybe moving some of the carbs into the pre pre meal (making it a mixed meal for 2?Keeping carb amounts pre post the same but take 25-50 from the pre meal and put them in meal 2?

Help guys.
So chest n biceps yesterday. Good workout , increase in reps.
No cardio yesterday as weight dropped a lot this week but that’s it.
Changes going forward as stipulated other day.
I’m also dropping EQ and increasing test tren n mast.
