re pre

Wanted to add my personal circumstance on here as am curious what everyone thinks!
Current meal structure TD
1:P/f
2:P/F
Pre:P/C(100g)
Intra:P/C(50g)
Post:P/C (225g)
Pre Bed:P/F
Curious if anyone would alter things around given the comments, such as maybe moving some of the carbs into the pre pre meal (making it a mixed meal for 2?Keeping carb amounts pre post the same but take 25-50 from the pre meal and put them in meal 2?
Thanks Guys!
What is the goal here.
I would move some of the post carbs to post post personally

Not to be that annoying guy but do you happen to know the macro/calories of those days out of curiousity?

Also, how are you dosing the anadrol?

Diet – I had high carb day sunday and Monday to fill out after 2 weeks keto and now diet will look as follows.

Macros still 2800 for this week while I assess what my body does. – 360p, 225-250c, 30f

meal 1 – salmon, 2 whole eggs and 4 whites
meal 2 – shake and mac oil
meal 3 – turkey salad
meal 4 – 2 5 % lean aldi burgers
Intra – sustain x 1 MPS x 2
meal 5 – pwo – my usual smoothy and 100-125g free from rice crispies
meal 6 – turkey or basa fillets and 300g jasmine rice

When you say 360P, is that including trace sources or just your main sources of protein… asking because i thought as far as macros you use non trace sources but as far as total calories you account everything (which is why if add up macros they don’t equate to calories exactly)

Thanks Hilly!

Fellow US member here, true nutrition quality is spot on but if your looking at the bulk EAAs they are bitter as hell…

Have you found anywhere else that’s reasonably priced in the US for bulk EAAs?
Also agree with these guys, PS if you want 20% off from Redon you can use my affiliate code T20ZacharyR ????
That’s awesome thank you! Definitely going to try
Pineapple banana is my favorite, there all good flavor tho! Cherry limeade was a bit sweet for myself

don’t quote me on this but generally for diabetics they start something at like .2 units per kilo (100 kilo 20 units) and monitor glucose and adjust from there… if your not diabetic you could start at half that and adjust as needed…of course theres is difference in health vs muscle gain protocals utilizing this

I am actually similar… sorry for the american units here but i wake with my bs in the 90’s…. the cutoff on our labs is 100 but would ideally be under 90

however after a decent hit of carbs in a meal my blood sugar is back down in the 100s within an hour… so its no issues with post meal blood sugars at all, only rising blood sugar… this was actually the same in a deficit phase which really struct me as odd

It says the measurements are in centimeters so 2.54 centimeters = 1 inch is the conversion

Nice to see you back on Hilly, and hope you had a great time!…. Are you doing anything different with training during the dnp/no carb phase?
