Hey dude!! Ok so 600+ is needed for muscle BUILDING. But the combination of primo with the masteron is largely also for its anti estro effect and you will need a minimum of 500 combined of the both of them for this to be effective ????

Thanks for the feedback joe! So could those be combined in a mass gaining phase to hit the total mg? For example 425 test 350 npp and 350 of each masteron and primo to hit the needed dosage? Or in this case would you say use the mast solely for estrogen control and push the primo to 700? Appreciate your time man! -
took a hit today on intra carbs n pre bed carbs and slight bump in cycle but this should make big difference by this time next week.
Training Day’s.
Meal 1 – 150g 5% fat beef steak, 4 whites, 1 flat mushroom, 1/2 pk kale rice.
Meal 2 – 250g venison, 50g veg, 1/2 pk cauliflower rice.
Meal 3 – 250g turkey breast, 40g jasmine rice.
Pre workout – 60g P whey, 50g jasmine rice.
Intra workout – 3 scoops mps max, 2 scoops sustain, 1 serv prepare, 5g creatine.
Post workout – 28g P/1 tin tuna, 100 C from cereal , 30g P from whey, 350ml u/s almond milk + 150ml water.
Pre bed – 50g P whey, 30g cream of rice , 50gberries.Rest Day’s.
Meal 1 – 100g turkey mince,, 5 whites, 1/2 pk kale rice.
Meal 2 – 50g P from whey, 60g oats.
Meal 3 – 250g turkey mince, 150g sweet potato, 50g veg.
Meal 4 – 250g 5% fat beef, 40g veg, peas + chilli peppers.
Meal 5 – 250g venison, 40g rice (1pk tilda firecracker or piri rice).
Pre bed – 30g P whey mixed with 300g alpro yoghurt, 50g berries.Let’s take test to 800mg pw, mast n primo to 500mg each pw, gh to 7 ed split am n pm
Clen let’s take up by 40 mcg so now @120mcg ed

Hello guys so big leg session this afternoon with Jordan ,mark Joyce, & hilly.
All very strong, good leg pressers…so ideally it gave me something to chase , not that I’m close to either of them but most of the people I have around me are all stronger, more successful & more intelligent than myself.
Success does leave clues & I am here for the chase & to learn.
Strength still on the up..I have now dropped into a cruise of test 350 a week for the next 5 weeks.
We would like to keep progressing over this cruise so for the first time we’ve introduced insulin in the workout perimeter. 5ius pre & post.
We also introduced Gh at 10ius on a daily basis a.m & p.m.
This will be very interesting as it’s the first time I have had a dabble with these. So I’ll update you on how things are going and how I feel.
Workout today was
•Kneeling ham curl 5-9, RP 10-5-F-1-iso
•pivot leg press 10-12,5-9,RP 20-10-F-ISO
•leg extensions 3 sets last set triple drop set + F + iso
•Glute bridge banded 1 set triple drop set
•adductor RP 8-5-3
•seated calf raise 10-6-4,

Weight and Diet update – sooooooo 245lb this am LOL, looks like the addition of GH at 10iu every training day and food going to 5000kcal every training day as seen me push well past the sticking point of 235 I was at for 6/7 weeks.
This is the perfect way to do it I feel as I will now try to maintain this for the next 3-4 weeks meaning ive been sat at this weight for 6 plus weeks before I move into prep
Diet
Salmon fillet plus 4 eggs in coconut oil
Beef isolate with macadamia oil and 30-40g trail mix175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice
175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice.
4:30 – 10iu gh
5:15 – 1 scoop isolate or EAA and 50g dolly mixture and 7iu Humalog
6-7:15 – 2 scoops MPS max and 2 scoops sustain with another 25g dextrin = 75g carbs and 30g protein
PWO – my egg white/EAA digestive digestive smoothy and 180g gluten free honey flakes
PPWO – 200g basa fillets cooked, 120g ground rice, 0.5 scoop beef isolate, 20g natural almond butter
5000kcal, 380-400g protein, 600-650g carbs, 90g fats

Now that you’ve been on the Primo, Test, Mast, EQ + Var/Tren cycle for a while .. how would you rate it?
Looking at it, it is actually not a heavy cycle in terms of compounds and I would expect your bloodwork to be good while being able to gain some quality mass!
Also I remember you saying that 700mg primo was your sweet spot for primo. Now you’re up to 1050 .. have you seen any change or would you say most could get away with 700?There is no var in the mix
Test primo tren eq mast is in right now
In terms of dosage not that much difference on 1050 primo tbh primo just gives you a nice look for me.
Next we will run test npp primo for rebound which is my fave for growing anyways.
In terms of feel to the cycle I feel good, very much more me on tren haha Strenght is increasing whilst we drop weight so all is good ????

What are you planning on dosage wise for rebound? 750 test 400npp 1050 primo ish?I ask because I am considering the same compounds for my rebound, I posted about it in the supplement section!(off season cycle options)

follow up…. does everyone just count the aminos + the whey as protein in the diet, for example 1 serving mps max would be 13g of protein? (8EAA+5HW)

So check in today 112.5 plan is to hit another 6 weeks pushing up then minicut for 6 weeks and push back up.
When we mini cut we will keep pushing performance so will keep gaining tissue before food goes in. Pics are best to date. My back is visibly getting better. Still not happy but I WILL he
So push for 6 weeks on the current cycle..possibly switch maybe use tren/orals during the minucut and then drop the tren out when pushing back up the plan?
