Weight and Diet update – sooooooo 245lb this am LOL, looks like the addition of GH at 10iu every training day and food going to 5000kcal every training day as seen me push well past the sticking point of 235 I was at for 6/7 weeks.
This is the perfect way to do it I feel as I will now try to maintain this for the next 3-4 weeks meaning ive been sat at this weight for 6 plus weeks before I move into prep
Diet
Salmon fillet plus 4 eggs in coconut oil
Beef isolate with macadamia oil and 30-40g trail mix175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice
175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice.
4:30 – 10iu gh
5:15 – 1 scoop isolate or EAA and 50g dolly mixture and 7iu Humalog
6-7:15 – 2 scoops MPS max and 2 scoops sustain with another 25g dextrin = 75g carbs and 30g protein
PWO – my egg white/EAA digestive digestive smoothy and 180g gluten free honey flakes
PPWO – 200g basa fillets cooked, 120g ground rice, 0.5 scoop beef isolate, 20g natural almond butter
5000kcal, 380-400g protein, 600-650g carbs, 90g fats

Now that you’ve been on the Primo, Test, Mast, EQ + Var/Tren cycle for a while .. how would you rate it?
Looking at it, it is actually not a heavy cycle in terms of compounds and I would expect your bloodwork to be good while being able to gain some quality mass!
Also I remember you saying that 700mg primo was your sweet spot for primo. Now you’re up to 1050 .. have you seen any change or would you say most could get away with 700?There is no var in the mix

In terms of dosage not that much difference on 1050 primo tbh primo just gives you a nice look for me.
Next we will run test npp primo for rebound which is my fave for growing anyways.
In terms of feel to the cycle I feel good, very much more me on tren haha Strenght is increasing whilst we drop weight so all is good ????

What are you planning on dosage wise for rebound? 750 test 400npp 1050 primo ish?I ask because I am considering the same compounds for my rebound, I posted about it in the supplement section!(off season cycle options)

follow up…. does everyone just count the aminos + the whey as protein in the diet, for example 1 serving mps max would be 13g of protein? (8EAA+5HW)

So check in today 112.5 plan is to hit another 6 weeks pushing up then minicut for 6 weeks and push back up.
When we mini cut we will keep pushing performance so will keep gaining tissue before food goes in. Pics are best to date. My back is visibly getting better. Still not happy but I WILL he
So push for 6 weeks on the current cycle..possibly switch maybe use tren/orals during the minucut and then drop the tren out when pushing back up the plan?

Ohh yes. More than I ever have. Purely as I only had from now until may to add the majority of not all of the tissue I can.
With me moving back to MR class I really need a lot more size and I no I can pack it on.
I’ve never gone over 2000mg n that’s been pre contest.
I’ve havnt had n offseason were I’ve looked to grow for several years n I havnt had my digestion this good ever in the last ten years during my lifting career. So hoping to really show what I can do with myself and others using my own battered physique as an example lol.
Cycle 12 weeks
1000mg test E
600mg NPP
200mg mast P
Oxy 50mg weeks 1-4, 100mg week 4-8, 150mg week 8-12 of bloods all good at week 8
Gh 6iu training days with lantus at 25-35iu depending on morning fasted blood sugar. This is purely for health and recovery.
Mk677 10mg twice daily on rest days
Proviron 25mcg daily
25t3 and 100t4 I take to keep me in normal range due to under active thyroid.

I would use the lr3 post immediately post workout if youre using the gh/slin pre workout…. thats a pretty high dose though, i would start at 50 mcg and maybe work up too 100
