Have you brought protein down? That appears to be pretty low. I think you may be the most muscular human on that amount of protein 😳. Is that for digestive reasons? Just all that’s required?

Day out with the little ones , trampolining and trip to the park . Steps got hit pretty easily
Tomorrow back to full work routine and then hitting an upper session in afternoon

Evening all!
4 weeks and 5 days out from the show then, we are moving quick now! Weight isn’t moving too much but condition is just improving every check in.
Changes this week – Cardio increased to 45 mins stairs and NPP is out, Mast E in at 500mg. I’ve also just put the infamous Reta in at 1mg – not just from the appetite benefits, but to help the sleep. My mind is so busy with work stuff & prep I’m hoping it helps there!
Rest day tomorrow as I’m up in Rotherham for the day shooting with Kuba & Meg. Next check in Wednesday morning so imagine after the way I feel today plus tomorrow, there will be some good visual changes again there 🙏🏻
Is this the first cycle change you’ve made on prep? I don’t recall seeing any other mention in the vlog so far. Even fat burners?

Yesterday’s upper session has wiped me out today ! Slow start to the morning as didn’t get out to hit steps due to a busier work load
will be taking a rest day today which will allow me to be fresher for legs tomorrow
Will do a full update of food and PEDs tomorrow

Your free t3 read looks the same both now and when sing 37.5mcg t3 – so why would you add t3 in?

So started my week today really after yesterdays mess up lol in for chest and bi and had a great session. Checked in with Patrick and he’s happy with where we’re at and keeps reminding me to really hold back and not bury myself in training – we’re in recovery phase and he really wants my body fresh and sensitive for when we go back on cycle. I already feel strong so I feel like this coming off season could see for some pretty cool heavy af shit going on 😂😂 bring it on!
What does Patrick have you running hormone wise during this period if you don’t mind sharing?

Can someone explain the yield of elemental magnesium on this product? If it is 1000mg of magnesium busglycinate how does it yield 250mg of actual magnesium? This percentage is higher than it can be from my understanding. Is this a labeling error?

Great training Today, same session as the one that just dropped , have a watch , I talk about my thoughts on volume : frequency , and how eod legs has huge scope but potentially after a certain strength level , the sweet spot maybe every 3 sleeps where you can get more work in and then recover still . It’s an interesting thought process that I’m enjoying trying things at diff strengths levels ( being injured back to now and assessing the changes needed )
