As someone who is familiar with both courses, Jules nailed it. If I had to choose 1 for application I would go N1

It’s technically the oil that expires. Not worth it in my opinion.

Not to sound cheesy but when it is anything like adherence issues, I like to think about my “why”.

What is keeping you on this path, why are you doing it. If that doesn’t allow you to stay on track, maybe it’s not as important as you think, or you need to find a deeper rooted why

Really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things in my opinion.

Set things up in way that work best for your performance, digestion, and adherence.

Agree with a lot of the above for health obviously. Pure meathead answer, enough to not gas out during back off sets, and not gas out in the bedroom ?.

    This is on going conversation.

Technically you need more on a diet, less in a surplus.

Technically you need less on gear vs not on gear.

I don’t understand all the debates though, why would you not just stay on the high side just to be safe? Extra won’t hurt but not having enough certainly will.

As others here, favor around the 1.5g per pound or 3g/kg approx

Simply put, IMO benefits out weigh the cons by far.

Wouldn’t worry to much at that dosage my man. Glad you found my thoughts helpful.

I think that’s a personal decision man, risk vs reward. But if you know your at 80 without the GH and then that’s the only change and it goes up to 100 we’ll we know why. Now you have your “new baseline” for lack of a better term. So make sure that it doesn’t continue creeping up over time.

Simply put if you do this for a month and drop the GH for a week and fasting bg drops right back down again, no harm no foul in my opinion.

    There’s ways you can move
Around dosage timing as wel if you are extremely concerned. For example if doing 2iu, potentially taking it pre workout will lead to least insulin resistance due to “burning off” some of the releases fats/carbs. Maybe not the best for growth though. Again, risk reward.

That being said, I haven’t even seen you list the GH dose your using.

I think we give ourselves to much credit thinking we can manage something with so many variables as far as our fluctuations in blood sugar throughout the day.

Remember one of the first actions of GH is to dump energy into the blood (fats, carbs). So an increase is absolutely expected.

I’m not saying just turn a blind eye but if you are training hard, keeping body fat respectable, and not abusing GH, I wouldn’t worry to much. Keep an eye on your HBA1C when doing bloodwork.

As far as the Lantus 8iu Is very minimal, will it take some burden of the pancreas, technically yes, do you need it? I would say depends on carb intake.

What is bloodwork showing? Generally speaking I would raise T4 before T3 assuming conversion is happening to active and not RT3

So I think of as mechanic tension not necessarily as the weight that is moved, but the internal stimulus/tension on the muscle. I’m sure we all agree that moving weight a to b is not progressive overload in the way we are trying to achieve.

You also used the phrase top athletes, who have more control and have a greater ability control and keep that tension on the muscle better than most.

Technically faster eccentrics can lead to higher loads used but not necessarily more internal stimulus on the muscle.

All the fancy stuff aside, imo slower eccentrics generally better, but drastically slow can just create to much damage, especially with some of the loads these big guys are moving.

Debatable , but there is evidence showing the higher importance of overload in the mid/lengthened ranges vs the short l, which could be blown through by dropping and using momentum through these ranges.

    Just some ramblings….

Huge fan of prime. Especially the seated ham curl where the pad is below vs above the knee. Also a fan of the leg extension to be able to overload the short position vs needing to band most leg extensions for this effect.

Assuming you are referring to MT2, one side effect that can actually be seen is increased hematocrit which could be of concern.

IGF 1 is a marker that climbs over weeks of consistent use. No special timing needed.
