definitely a few videos you should watch
don’t fixate on the scale and don’t fixate on the numbers
keep gaining strength, there are no rules…but if you are progressing and recovering on your kcals then whats the need to increase them.?

hope youre ok now
without training body composition will of course slide – loss of musclehaving been not training, you will get a very good ‘beginners’ response again and muscle memory will come into play
if you are carrying too much body fat then I would suggest aiming to get leaner

fab session again today
very very strong – look at IG for video….jordan has requested I change my training split…im not overly happy with that tbh as I am really enjoying the plan and I feel it is working…however I will do as instructed as this is what I have promised to be do in regards to our coach/athlete relationship
so it will be 2 on 1 off – push, pull (with hammy), rest, arms (push), legs
targeting weaknesses
this will come into play from Tuesday as we have committed to train with people this weekend following the current split

i am not Jordan – so we don’t do exactly the same, our bodies and needs a very different in areas
we actually both do ham curl prior to the compound work
hamstrings for me are a big aesthetic weakness and are also physically weak compared to quads too – so this makes sense to priories
I then altered 1 ham curl to a leg extension – because in all honesty i want the freakiest legs possible (I did say this in the blog when I changed)
Jordan cannot leg extend early in the session as he has bad knees and this causes further irritation as its such a hinge forced movement rather than causing alleviation
does that all make sense? π

had a lovely time…we went in the outdoor pool which was fun – it was about 30 degrees I think so totally fine UNTIL we got out haha
