    last night I saw Dave Gorman…which was actually incredibly good…anyone a fan? I love observational comedy when its smart
    the support act was Nick Doody – and again we was really funny

    anyone got any recommendations for acts they enjoyed? I have a few on my TO SEE list …ever growing lists of things to do, tp see. to go, to eat at…haha I WILL fit them in πŸ™‚

    was a superrrrr late night (for me) and now an early morning as I have a busy day
    SO im running off just 5 hours kip…which for me is not a lot….I usually get like 7/8

    legs today though with jordan…then cinema to see how to train your dragon 2

    1. Your competing in America and you’re en route on the plane with your 6 meals packed that your coach has instructed you to eat. You go to open your bag for meal 1 and see your 2L bottle of water has spilt and all 6 meals have come out the containers. Your 6 meals have now combined and are hovering in a pool of water. What do you do? -THE Q IS VOID FOR A FEW REASONS… I WOULDNT BE ALLOWED A 2L BOTTLE OF WATER ONTO THE PLANE….AND MY FOOD WOULD BE VERY CAREFULLY PACKED….BUUUTTT ILL PRETEND THIS HAS HAPPENED HAHA …. I WOULD KNOW WHAT EACH MEAL WAS SO I WOULD BE ABLE TO PARTITION IT BACK INTO 6 MEALS AND EAT EACH ONE…ALSO EACH MEAL IS VERY LIKLEY TO BE THE SAME, SO IF I EAT LIKE 10 MORE GRAMS IN ONE THEN IT WOULD BE TOTALLY OK

    TODAYS SESSION – PULL

    Andrew came and trained with me today – ive worked with him for about a year now, but this was the first time we have met…was great to meet him and speak in person, we talked over a few coaching things too which was fab…nice to have that mutual clarity and understanding
    he trained perfectly

    THE SESSION – added this variation today….as was just on 2 rotations previously

    seated row wide handle – 2 sets
    lat pulldown – 2 sets
    mid back plate loaded row – 2 sets
    single arm db row – MR – MAY NOT KEEP THIS IN FOR LONG AS I FAVOUR A MACHINE
    seated row narrow handle – 1 set
    hyper for back – 1 set
    single leg RDL – 1 set
    abductor – 1 set
    rear delt on the seated row – 2 sets
    bb shrug – 1 set
    bicep curl, seated dual db – 2 sets
    abs and calves

    felt very strong, good connection with all πŸ™‚

    lets hope that transfers to a littttlleeee more muscle and density

    funny this morning, after Jordan watched my posing, he was happy and commented that the only thing he wants to see more off is arms

    I replied with …ooo ok I want more

    arm
    hammy
    erector thickness
    lat width
    freakier quads
    inch smaller waist
    bigger delts

    haha so at least we are on the same page lol πŸ˜‰

    if your tonsils are up etc then yes, I would rest til you genuinely feel well
    I would have at least 3 days total rest and no gym starting from tomorrow

    maybe aim to get back to it Friday BUT ONLY if you wake up feeling good

    I prefer good old pen and paper but as long as youre tracking that’s perfect

    I would just do well structured full body sessions at EOD (extra rest when needed as you mention) – I don’t think the 4th needs to differ – you will improve all muscle groups with the frequency this plan brings

    less is DEFINITELY more – I learnt that the harder way too haha

    I would try to cut the sessions down to 90mins to keep intensity and focus maybe 1 hr 45 max?

    295 carb down to 80carb? that is a big big drop and likely not needed – but as long as your monitoring and its working for you that’s great – im just voicing my outsiders view! πŸ™‚
