    @Char_baby – wagon wheel is a chocolate biscuit bar – coated in choc, wrapped and larger in size, large biscuit component

    Im not sure what a tim tam is – so I cant comment there

    penguins are a biscuit bar without a doubt as they tick all the must haves

    viscount is a biscuit – as it is smaller and more % biscuit then anything else….its like the wrapped ones that come in the posh biscuit selection boxes

    @Dane Wilmott – chocolate digestive is a biscuit…there is no question at all over that one…its a classic – they don’t come wrapped in the uk

    Jaffa cakes – are cakes – as the base is sponge not biscuit at all…they sit with the mini rolls and cake slices – you wouldn’t dunk a Jaffa CAKE

    @Jordan – div? I don’t think you understand the enormity of this situation….IF WE CANNOT CATEGORISE in life…then how can be effectively make decisions?

    I never want to miss out because I simply cant answer the questions….’would you like a biscuit’…’oo yes a mint club please’…’hmm no, I said biscuit’

    I would feel such a fool

    * Corinne

    I use rice crispies all prep – NOT the bars…as they are higher in fats

    as hilly says…easy to eat, fast digesting, low in fat and are rice based

    @Sol – my thoughts exactly haha – lots of interest here…LOVE how none of you lot care about my prep?! haha

    @jay – im with @christian here…defo not ‘chocolate bars’…that’s a whole different genre again I think

    @Adam – man after my own heart – MANDATORY foil imprinting PRE eating haha…never knew there was fruit…BUT its MINT for me…orange is second
    @JohnG – new age biscuit…100 % with you
    @Clare – I think you have nailed it
    @Daniel – no a chocolate biscuit would be a biscuit topped with chocolate in a packet….surely?

    SO ive thought about it and absorbed the information and the evidence…..is everything happy with the following categorisation?

    biscuits – not individually wrapped, you would put them in a biscuit tin, you would/could dunk in a hot drink, about 2-3cms in diameter, usually round
    chocolate bars – individually wrapped, not in a tin, solid chocolate or all round coated in chocolate, variable in size, usually rectangular in shape
    biscuit snack bars – individually wrapped, all round coated in chocolate, heavily biscuit based, would/could dunk in a hot drink, 3-4cms in length, usually rectangular in shape

    ive got a question/dilemma for you all

    so – earlier I was discussing ‘biscuits’….

    do you categorise the following as ‘biscuits’
    gold bar
    penguin
    club

    I DONT …because they come individually wrapped and I wouldnt put them in a biccy tin HOWEVER they are biscuit based AND I would dunk them in a tea….
    whats the consensus ?

    read and understood I think….I will try to help a little but please tell me to butt out if you want πŸ™‚ haha

    on a side note – BBQ catering sounds epic!

    training – Monday, Wednesday and Friday – I assume full body?

    i don’t see the need for a second session? it seems you are adding it JUST to eat more? but that’s not productive – youre better off progressing well in the training

    ‘too fat for carbs’ – hmmm I don’t think there are rules here…a deficit is a deficit and if before you ate 400 carbs a day and now you 200 that’s a big change and then one you can work with/ from

    a pro fat rest day is not a bad idea…I like that method
    so maybe 6 meals of protein and fats

    when you train in the morning I would do the following
    get up – whey and coconut oil and a banana – something like that
    train with intra eaas/peptopro
    on finish have whey and 50carb

    about 90mins later a pwo meal is a good idea but keep fats lower – so oats are not a great choice
    maybe chicken and rice? or bread? or rice crispies with almond milk?

    200g oats is 16g fat too….and casein is slow release

    what do you think?
