morning all
PULLL day today
happy with my look this morning – UNUSUAL RIGHT! haha
hope the session is strong again today – should be π
busy ish day….normal work and training etc β¦.but I am going to see my friend tomorrow as she travels back to Australia (she lives there) so later ill be prepping my meals….Im not a fan of day trips on Thursday as im so so manic with work and I hate being behind….BUT ill work on route and on the way home…she is far more important for 1 day π

what kind of catering? I would love that job!
july is a good time frame – 20 ish weeks…can really really change if you work for it
so
training – PPL ? 3 times per week?
whats the extra session that requires 1000 kcals?
what is your start point with kcals and macros? as 50g carb seems very low
training day – 250g of carbs in 1 pwo meal?
why do you need a refeed at this stage when BF is high?hope you don’t mind the questions π

with your diet
you mention the turkey change
are you reducing fat intake overall? or simply moving the fats to later/in the night?
youre increasing carbs – are you increasing kcals or just swapping macros?
does that make sense? lol

thank you for the kind words about the site and for blogging π
back development in just 6 months is amazing – well done – just be mindful of body composition – the hips seem to be the area you hold
sporadic hours are ok…we can work round anything π remember, your body doesn’t really know what time it is…it will just respond to what is happening to it at that time
prioritise sleep and simply don’t even log onto the computer! that’s an easy fix
risk of injury will massively reduce with perfect execution toocardio doesn’t ‘speed up metabolism’ – you will just be shifting your energy balance …but YES it is good for health reasons if you have a sedentary lifestyle/job
training – how do you train? Jordan and myself talk of many different plans and methods…which do you currently use?
rest day – whats the reason for carb meals later in the day? as opposed to another time?
what do your macros look like on each day?hope you don’t mind me chipping in and asking π

in the past I know there was some testing done that showed the products to be under dosed – ie the whey was 50% rather than 80%
in my opinion there are more reputable brands to be used – ie reflex, yamamoto

I think for me and probably most…its more a feeling of wanting to work harder, so in the moment that feels like its only achievable with another set or to prolong the ‘pain’ in trainingI think once you learn how to really train and go at the sets, its way easier to accept that less is good! sometimes the thought of another set makes me feel sick haha
such a mind game….remind me why we do this? haha
