happy – 1 week til Christmas!
hope youre all doing good
today im off to see some friends for the day…luckily catching a lift with my parents as they happen to be going that way too! so saved me the train fee 🙂
will pop into a nice garden centre close by with them, then spend the evening the lucy and kate
all food is prepped of course…there will be room for coffees during the day
get a little anxious about sitting in the car….as I worry my energy expenditure will be less and that scares me….its silly but im just sharing the inner working or mis-workings with you

I haven’t ever done cardio or hiit on the stairmaster
BUT I know its a gruelling piece of kit hahahow do you currently use it?
maybe 15secs of flat out steps with 60secs slower recovery – repeat this 6-8 times

here is my diet – Jordan pumped up food a little – much to my….whats the phase…..tentative nature on the topic….!
im still posing am and pm every day…so we have a close check on this…3 weeks 1 day post show … @trainedbyjp can outline anything additional hereall I know is that I am still lean….and strength is OK…but certainly not on the up as I wuld like and need…so guess what…with aas out….FOOD becomes the anabolic tool

its literally just of case of trying to eat I guess!
bugs cant be helped….if you cant eat and keep anything down then just move on as soon as you can
stay hydrated and maybe first thing you get back to eating is something your body wants or can manage – something easy to digest and light 🙂

I would structure the diet the same….nutrient timing, with higher kcals on a training day
but of course I would not use meat!why would it be different for a vegetarian? maybe I am missing the question 🙂

its probably cheaper to batch cook yourself as prep companies tend to be quite pricey 🙂

1) David Attenborough – I adore him….he has seen so much, explored so many parts of the world and planet and did this before anyone even knew you could travel!

Very hard…ill have to come back to that…maybe im just not that easily embarrassed? haha@Ian Crighton – what or who was you’re inspiration to get into bodybuilding & how old were you & was it a difficult decision to eventually start using anabolics? On the back of that would you have done anything slightly different.. guess it’s a bit of a 3 parter
ive answered this q hundreds of times! so unless there are no other novel qs this one can stay on the back burner 😉@Mel – What’s your position on the suggestion of implants for female athletes? note suggestion because I know it’s been ‘suggested’ as an ‘enhancement to shape’ I think it should be personal choice and I miss the look of well developed pecs on fbbs. That’s just me though.
FBBS can have developed pecs..the other categories, not so much a requirement as it would over step the necessary muscularity….so I think that implants do look nice on a physique when they are sensible…ie Juliana malacarne has fake breasts, but they are the size that her frame allows…its an inevitability that when you diet and train, you lose breast tissue….so deflated breasts are the norm….I wouldn’t personally have surgery, as I don’t want to take that time out of training, and Im happy to use the bikini to enhance my bust
