push – delt and tri focus day today
started the day by falling down the stairs…so that was fun…and it genuinely hurt….on the plus side..im in one piece and its only a deload sessionhad the best few days – crammed in a lot of people …was lovely to catch up

basically – eat what you like, eat a mix of foods, eat what is convenient and what you will stick to 🙂
add veg too
there is no magic to any food…just make sure you love your diet 🙂

Monday – deload pull today
deload yesterday was good, but weird
as you know, I don’t like doing less haha butttt my body is so so in need so its cool
everything was just 2 sets and not to failuretoday is the same

push day today – last session of phase 1
deload starts tomorrowafter the session straight off to Essex – cant wait – got a few days packed with social 🙂

rest day
just got out from the cinema – we went to the local one which I adore…whenever we have a trip I like to scout out a tiny little movie theatre and watch something 🙂
the film was… ‘Only You’
and it was absolutely gorgeous..i don’t even think it was on at the normal cinemas…very low key film but I encourage you to watch it
it was a romance but the story line was more about the journey of them conceiving a baby – im not doing it justice!my body actually feels fine today which is a surprise given the onslaught of deadlifts yesterday haha…very likely wake tomorrow and regret bragging! but that’s cool as tomorrow is push/chest and then sunday is the start of deload week 🙂

I never knew joe did S&C at glos….I though he went to Cardiff and did management?
just stay up to date with research – subscribe to the sites so you can gain access to articles etc and yes, keep living and learning it…practical application is something that you will develop over time and experience, it cant be taught in a book
stage – do you mean when will I be competing again? – if so, you not only cant spell Corinne…but you also don’t actually read my blog 😉 lol
