morning all
well that leg session was intense! – very cool and progressivechanging my ROM and execution on many movement will bring a lot of adaptation – so A2G paused squats…like i did back in 2016 when i had my best legs with PL
deep leg presses which i have never done tbh, but i want to stay on this to see the change to hammy and hip density/ development
A2G pendulum – again to see more focus onto ham and glutebody is already feeling that today – morning posing, it was a challenge to tense my butt haha
Jordan is still happy with the look – he still thinks im ‘shredded’ obvs i disagree – and i find the inaccurate use of that word offensive haha
food will likely adjust…but ill update if and whenpull today

i think just keep training, improving, enjoying it….and then see where your physique leads to
im a kg and ft and inches kinda person haha – so 98kg at 5 foot 11
if youre not looking to put on much more size then likely classic is a good fit…as the open BB are much heavier at your height typically
for instance Mark is 110kg at about 5 foot 9..is that right mark?because a body part is strong its stil important to train it with frequency so as not to drop the mass you have
personally – i like the DC method – strength with good form grows mass – its the way i have gained muscle
PRIORITISING
as mark said reallyfor example ME PERSONALLY my biceps also need to improve
so i would place bicep curl at the start of my session rather than the endmy exercises selections would target lower lat – rather than say upper back if i needed to improve this area

personally – i dont feel this set up is optimal – the consecutive session don’t allow for recovery – the body parts over lap too much
do you need more overall size in general? ie are you as big as you want to be?
if you still have a lot of mass to add over time, then i don’t think a split body regime is the most effective….i would chose something more akin to PPL and perhaps just structure to prioritise my weaknesses

TRAINING:
trained with Jordan and joe
the session wasdual cable bicep curl – 3 sets – 8-12 reps – rir 3,2,1
High incline DB press – 3 sets – 6-10 reps – rir 4,2,1 – i did this on 30kg today..so hard to gauge this as i find i get detrained from DB work, the DBS in mjs are old so throw stability too, so i was INCREDIBLY happy with this
Incline HS press – 3 sets – 8-12 reps – rir 3,2,1 – 50kg per day – very very happy
Narrow press up – 4 sets – 10-12 reps – rir 4,3,2,1 – BW
Low inc lying cuff raise – sets – 10-12 reps – rir 3,2,1
Upright cable row – 3 sets – 12-15 reps – rir 3,2,1
Rev pec dec – 3 sets, 12-15 reps – rir 3,2,1everything felt so good….so accurate – i have never been this focussed and excited for a non comp phase
i know i can add size – i have 8 months to be so meticulous…i wont be making any errors – then i feel i can get to the O 2020leg day tomorrow – volume has increased a little, a few rir have altered, so the session will be VERY testing

i have serioussss DOMS going on in my back – which is cool..but chest etc feels good to go…again – cool β¦.recovery is still decent and in time for sessions which is so important
