im now 11 weeks and 6 days out from the first show
trained as normal til Thursday
Friday
Saturday
today …all rest daysJordan felt I looked flat this morning so I had to have a higher day…I really don’t enjoy these
so today carbs of 510 split across meals…pro and fat the sameno surprise really as with consecutive rest days I do drop a fair bit
I cant decided what to do this week….legs tomorrow…and pick back up OR have a few more rest days

but females don’t have high test….so this may be something medical or genetic that she needs to discuss with her doctor?

ive never had acne…so I don’t have an answer to that in relation to any gender – depends on the cause of the acne I guess…so speak to your doctor.
I am not on a contraceptive
When I have used the pill in the past, I did NOT notice ANY change in my body/appearance/mood…same with periods..each female is very different though, so hormones may cause different changes to them but PERSONALLY I had ZERO change from menstruation / contraception
are you asking about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in females? and females would not need this intervention as far as my knowledge is aware…it that what you meant?

I would add protein to the intra workout as you are training and breaking down protein here so it makes sense to protect your tissue
as long as youre getting stronger and recovering, then yes I would agree..there is no NEED for more scale weight
if you stay in bed a little longer then its likely you have dropped a bit more water which would lead to a lighter weigh in

also…don’t feel you NEED to do RDLS…if they are not good for your lower back then don’t them…I DO NOT DO heavy RDLS because it will lead to injury

Monday 4th March – 12 weeks and 5 days out…
leg day today – will of course update later
yesterday was nice…productive!
popped in and saw my sister, bro in law and niece too…she was hyper! and she had made me a picture….so now that’s on my wall..it a work of art hahawent to a quiz with my mum and dad in the evening….we didn’t come last, so that’s good! i think maybe 4th from the bottom…my general knowledge is very bad….I don’t watch tv…and I don’t follow mainstream sports….sooo that kinda puts me at a disadvantage haha
we did alright tho between the 3 of us…winning table got 41/60…we got 30/60..so next time, I think we can add 10% 33/60 would be nice and then we creep up….PROGRESSION haha 🙂
