Hi Nathan,
Thanks for your reply. As mentioned in my last reply to Phoebe i do think there could be a link to anxiety (maybe take a look mate)
I will add in the supps you mentioned and more cardio.
In regards to altering my cruise protocol , test U is far superior for me over other esters for me as i can jab it e21d, which suits my job best. Do u think this dose and compound could be causing issues?
-
Hi mate,
Thank you for your views and i 100% agree .
I am of course going to push to get every test possible to get to the bottom of the issue.I do think there could definitely be a link to anxiety as i have mentioned in my post reply Pheobe, (maybe have a read mate) but its jst strange that after all these years of living my life this way how anxiety would start now?
In regards to coming off my cruise dose and starting pct what do you think?
-
I agree with max, explain your symptoms and push for another test to be safe.
Also some things to consider, what is your caffeine intake like? Are you under any additional stress? Have you taken on too much work load? These are all things to consider that can cause an increase in anxiety.
Hi Pheobe,
Thanks for your reply, i am going to push to get every test possible to ensure everything is ok.
In regards to caffeine no, i have a 200mg caff tablet before training am and then sometimes a coffee after lunch.
I would not say i am stressed, i have a hell of a lot going on in my life and i am very driven and always pushing myself to my absolute limits in all aspects. I am the kind of person that doesnt sit to watch tv on an evening or relax because i feel i always have to be doing something productive. So there definitely could be a link to anxiety but i dont understand why it would come on now when i have lived like
This pretty much all of my life? .. -
you may very well need a 24/hr ecg, what youre describing is quite similar to atrial fib – which a standard ecg quite often doesnt pick up, only when you do certain exercises like climbing stairs ect
Id explain the symptoms to the doctors and try and push for that.I will do mate thank you for your advice. In terms of coming off cruise what are your views? Should i pct?

They won’t check fsh or lh on bloods for a heart related issue. I would push for an echo. If that comes up clear then it could be anxiety or even tho your not way over your rbc is higher than average and that can cause similar symptoms to what you have. Blood donation and or use of ip6 and curcumin may help. I’ve personally controlled mine using blood donations, vital support and cure coming. I found shortness off breath when my rbc was high
Ok thanks for your reply Ryan , i will look into getting an echo and also giving some blood.
Thanks bro

these bloods dont show you are using Testosterone – your in the normal range bud.
In terms of things out of line.
Your estrogen is high – I can’t see this causing shortness off breath TBH
your t4 is a little low but TSH and t3 are normal so again no real issue here
Could they not tell by my FSH and LH are so low mate? Would that not point the finger at AAS use?
That’s not definitive proof you’re using. The doctor himself can make assumptions that you use but it can’t be held against you
Ok thats good to know mate thank you -

Do you think the nolva usage could cause such sides? Nolva is the only thing that i have added in / done differently in the last few weeks?

I can’t see why he would check your testosterone levels TBH but can’t say for sure he won’t.
Ok thanks Hilly… im a big predicament here.
I dont know im just worrying so much that i am almost causing myself a panic attack becoz the symthoms are similar to what i read a panic attack to show… ffs… -
Morning mate.
Always always best to have a medical professional check everything they can when it comes to symptoms like this. It’s a good start that your tests so far haven’t flagged anything, but I’d also be inclined to ask them if there’s anything else they can check for. This would be the first priority.
Is the shortness of breath pretty constant or does is come in isolated moments? Anxiety/panic attacks can have very similar symptoms to these. Hyperventilating leads to shortness of breath and it can also present itself in you experiencing a tight chest. Many a people get rushed into A&E thinking the worst only to find out it’s a panic attack which is scary AF to think it can be that similar in symptoms. It’s very common for people to start experiencing anxiety symptoms when they’ve never really suffered before and, because of this, it’s something they never link it to.
To stress though bud – getting as many checks and tests from the doctors/hospital is still first priority before exploring this as an explanation.
Hi mate ,
Thank for you advice i will go and seek some more advice, can i ask do you think the doctor will take blood tests that will show that i am using testosterone as if they do i could be putting my job in jeopardy…
-
Hey buddy I’m a medical student I can with certainty advise you to seek medical attention. It’s the only way to know what’s going on. This doesn’t need to be speculated about on here in my opinion

If your concerned I would always advise seeking medical advice.
Thanks for your reply mate, as mentioned in my first post i already have seen a medic and had an ecg a few days ago. The medic confirmed it to look fine and forwarded it to a doctor who agreed.
So what trying to ask / find out is should stop worrying or is there something the ecg may not have picked up on?
Could i just be becoming a hypochondriac and imagining these symptoms?
-
Anyone? I am praying that i am just being a hypochondriac and these are sides from nolva or something but ive never experienced them before..
