In terms of blood work – something like -Eval’s comprehensive test covers the most useful markers I have ever seen – check there website

have you seen a chiro?

do you get deep tissue?

Do you do any stretching.

IME I find this tends to be causing due to very tight hip flexors/glutes/hams /quads etc

Thanks for your reply, no to be honest, no chiro, no physio but i stretch every second day.

My stretching routine is pretty basic, just a full body stretching routine i found on google images, i will look into implementing a stretching routine that focuses more on hip flexors, glutes, hams and quads as u mentioned mate.

Agree with the above here, form and execution could be an issue here you may want to reduce load and rework your form! Equally maybe try to get to see a Physio/sports therapist to check everything over

This definitely sounds like a form/ execution issue more than anything. Firstly I’d correct form if it’s needed and then see a physio to test for anything else but more than likely it’s execution.

Could be a huge number of things – a potential bulging disk impinging some nerves after leg day compression – similarly it could just be minor soft tissue damage and straining of the ligaments. I’d definitely go and ask a physio for some further clarification on what it might be

It could be that your lower back is lifting off the back pad at the bottom of either movement, putting pressure on this area as you drive back up. It may be a case of playing around with foot placement, reducing the load and focusing on your execution. You could also add in a pause at the bottom of the movement and ensure you drive back up pushing against the pad.

Total price for both sides I’m sure it was. Area is still injected so it’s numb. You will need to double check with them how long it takes [/quote]

I did it in Harley st with Dr Dirk Kremer . Amazing result and almost zero scars . Had it on occasions on one side at a time and was about £5 k each . But if done together I don’t see it being double . But really unbelievable. If you look on his instant there is a picture of my before and after I believe
