    There are plenty of things that can affect ur libido

    Sleep
    Water intake
    Stress – biggest one
    Hormone inbalance – too high estro/prolactin
    Id rather pin 2x 75 than 150 once for more stable levels

    The density day is definetely favourite day of all training days !

    Literally feeling chills when approaching it haha!

    Cant be too greedy tho with the progress since strenght is rocketing and I want reps to be as perfect as possible.

    255kg x9 touch and go deadlift today. Rly happy!

    And idk if its lighting, or anabolic jp clothing – but my arms seem to be improving haha

    Most of bodybuilders rate the drug by its side effects. Which is simply … ignorant approach. And we all been there. Sadly.

    Egzample would be a trenbolone – it must be great because „i get nightsweats, i do get angry, my mood changes, tren cough, elevated blood pressure, troubles with sleep”

    Since when do we consider these benefits?

    Thats when it gets dangerous when You cant admit that something is causing problems

    Can You outlast the sides ? Probably

    Are these worth it – well, You probably know the answer by now

    I do get anxiety everytime running boldenone aswell theres only one answer to that as Kuba said.

    Plenty of people run already way too much test, way too much nandro which causes what ? , more other drugs like IA have to be pushed to counter these, which does what? your lipid profile gets lower and lower day by day. More sides, less benefits after some dose benefits still are noticable, but sides are getting worse and worse the benefit/side ratio becomes more and more scewed towards the worse so theres a sweet spot and combination of things which we can use towards to push things that just make everything worse.

    Taking boldenone for example

    FOR MOST PEOPLE

    supresses estro too hard
    too mild at small dose to bring any noticable effects
    bloods hemoglobin hematocrit rbc go up way too high
    anxiety

    All these sides You need to fight them with something

    Conclusion ? Whats the point?
    IF anything causes soooo many – its not worth it

    No kick start is needed its an oldschool approach

    Karbolyn is a mix of rice, potatoe, and starch

    While Cyclic Dextrin is quicker absorbing and gets to ur stream faster

    start with the test itself, then lower test dosage implementing masteron closer You get to a show, thats all You need tbh

    For example start with 300 t which gonna make You grow surely 16 weeks out
    Then switch at 10-8 to 200t 100m
    the closer to the show with lower bf U gonna have less aromatisation anyway, so You can do in the end like 200/150 (350 total, to make sure You maintain more size)

    Another great session

    Improvement in sleep mean improved pump less inflamation and overall better mood which is great

    Inplementing 30 min post workout naps helps definetely aswell!

    Not struggling with any pains !

    Cut ur intra in half if you use carbs and thats all what id do
