    Track calories, make sure they’re low enough that you’re losing weight.

    High protein intake and proper training will help hold onto mass. If you’re enhanced, that will also help a lot. Fat will go when calories are low enough to be below intake. Cardio is not necessary for fat loss, but it can help. Diet is king for fat loss

    Definitely fake. 40mcgs should see you feel a little weird and heat up. Skin should be warm. And 1 hr after taking if you try to write it looks like a spider has crawled across the page.

    I would say 400mg test per week and 50mg var pre workout should be more than sufficient for holiday shape. focus on the hard training and perfect nutrition, 750mg plus.would get your health markers up quicker. obviously up to you but thats what i would do, id even be tempted to add in 200mg to 400mg of npp.

    Ryan, why would you start straight away? Wouldn’t you prefer to bring it in as the calorie deficit gets higher to help with strength lost?

    It is entirely your choice whether you jump on or not. I’d personally save my first cycle for a mass gain phase, as thats where you will see the best results. Best you’ll get from a cut is keeping what you already have which has been built naturally. So won’t be as impressive as a natural cut followed by an enhanced bulk then enhanced cut.

    Its not possible unfortunately. Thats the holy grail. Your muscles will get fuller (through water retention) however the estrogen increase will likely have you holding water subcutaneously as well, meaning you look smoother (not as defined). So, while you may gain, it will be unwanted water weight, not new tissue. No tissue will be gained in a deficit

    First cycle: 250-330mg Test E per week for 12-16 weeks would see a rapid gain of ~20lbs of tissue and some fat/water if diet is on the money & training is spot on. (As Merlijn said, this is very person dependant but that is what I would expect for someone’s first cycle).

    You may lose some weight from water following the cycle (but on that dosage you may likely not hold much water at all) and if you PCT correctly you will lose almost none of it.

    If you are currently at your absolute natural limit, you will likely go back to that but not many of us achieve that natural limit before jumping on cycle.

    I definitely didn’t, as I was impatient. But I don’t regret it at all

    Dosing would depend on your current stats (weight, bodyfat %) and previous cycles (compounds, dosages)

    I’m going to stick with the DemoDay & up to 2 scoops, but handy to know others experiences with these. Likely get some HBCD in the future to cheaply increase carbs rather than slamming an extra scoop of a more expensive brand

    I’m with Joe. Thats a high dose of test + the Var. Do you have any pictures of your current physique?

    Honestly, if it was me. I’d likely opt for 0.5ml-0.75ml per injection and do it twice weekly (Mon/Thurs) and only use 50mg Var per day. But thats me. More is not always better, especially with Test, as you will retain some water, which is good when gaining but not what you want when trimming fat.

    Some current physique photos will help us massively on whether that dosing is too high (which i suspect it is overkill)

    Yeah, in my opinion, for holding onto tissue, 1ml per week of 330mg Test E split into 2x 0.5ml doses Mon/Thurs and Var each day at 50mg should be more than enough to hold onto tissue whilst your diet takes care of the fat.

    I didn’t even read what you were planning to dose, I just skimmed the start saying Test & Var. As others have said, 2ml & 1ml wouldn’t be a good plan and likely too much (depending on your current lean body mass)

    Sorry, that wasn’t very clear. I did the same cycle. But I think it was 330mg Test per week and 50mg Anavar per day. I added it in 6 weeks prior to holiday, so in your case: 3 weeks into cycle.

    I also ran Sibutramine, 1 tablet per day (think it was 15mg) upon waking up. That was to suppress my appetite/curb my hunger for when calories were hellish low. I preferred this to running clen, as it had little effect on my heart rate and managed to help me stick to keeping calories low.

    Test E & Var will work well. I think I added the var in the final 6 weeks before my holiday if I remember correctly. Worked well. You shouldn’t need an insane amount of test for just trimming bodyfat as well

    Yes if its absolutely completely full and there’s high pressure there to go you do want a void bladder …..a little obvious if you’re going to piss yourself tbh….

    Almost choked on my anabolic chicken reading that!

    Good point about when after a piss would be best though. Some points to keep in mind on here.

    I take morning & evening readings everyday (logged via Omron’s connect app). Sounds like this may be too much ????
