I spoke with my coach and he thinks to add a GDA or slow insulin Lantus but I’m not sure if i want to take insulin at that point. I know that i will help to my pancreas to produce enough insulin but again not sure. So your best advice is to diet down. I just have a lot of mucle to put and don’t want to stop yet it if I’m going to be able to push it for like 2,3 moths more before start dieting. Do you think that it will be smart decision to add insulin 20iu daily or better to stop the off-season?

Kuba also about insuline sensitivity some mornings I’m around 6 point mark most of the time staying beetwen 5 – 5.5 ratio. I added 250 Metformin but wondering to bring it up to 500 what do you think? Thank you again

I think to increase fruits from 400 to 500 gr. And 500 gr. Frozen mix vegg with brocoli, carrots and cauliflower. Do you think that is going to be enough?

I eat 400 gr. of fruit and 300 gr. of vegg per day. 200 gr, Blueberryes, 100 banana and 100 apple. For vegg i eat frozen green beans, carrots, corn, and peas. Is that enough for the day?

Reducing oxadative stress with anti oxidants will help a lot.

Thank you Kuba i think to lower my volume by taking 1 working set from every exercises from my chest and back work.

Also my macros for the day are 220 gr. Protein , 670 gr. Carbs and 70 gr. Fats
