Yes shortened first as you are fresh then lengthened once you are slightly more fatigued it does matter bud generally you want to overload the shortened to begin with arm work [/quote]

What were your liver readings ?
I would be upping the omega fats n improving the quality of the supplement – look to TrainedByJP new version
Kidney results wouldn’t worry me to much personally – they can be effected my dehydration n usual training / high protein diet.
Agree with Jordan although if you have blood after this you may be fine
