Your Creatinine is quite high – this more of a worry than your CK but no more so than if you were training hard and ingesting a high protein diet.

I seen it –
72mg Magnesium (from Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate)
1000mg Magtein (Magnesium L-Threonate)
150mg Suntheanine® (L-Theanine)
4mg Lutemax 2020 (Vegetarian Beadlets 25% Lutein, 5% Zeaxanthin)Lutemax is the blue light “blocker” but its nothing really special other than Lutein.
Lutein is an antioxidant which prevents macular degeneration and helps prevent photo oxidation within the eye.
It will more so protect the eyes from the damaging effects of blue light rather than reducing its effect on hyperactivity within the brain. The Magnesium will help clear neurotransmitters via COMT and the Theanine increases GABA to calm the system down.

Hi Mike,
Have a read back through my replies.
On cycle TUDCA can increase toxicity by increase hepatic absorption.
NAC converison to glutathione is heavily reliant on hepatic first pass metabolism in itself so this could potentially be reduced if the liver is under stress.
The utilization of N-acetylcysteine and 2-oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylate by rat hepatocytes is limited by their rate of uptake and conversion to cysteine.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8120657Effects of N-acetylcysteine, oral glutathione (GSH) and a novel sublingual form of GSH on oxidative stress markers: A comparative crossover study.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4536296/
Oral delivery of NAC as a source of cysteine.
After its intestinal absorption, NAC undergoes first-pass metabolism in the liver where it is deacetylated to cysteine.
Then, unless there is hepatic dysfunction, the hepatic tissue synthetizes de novo GSH (Glutathione) from this cysteine.
This GSH replenishes the hepatic stock before being released in the plasma.I prefer to support Phase 1 and Phase 2 metabolism whilst increasing the GSH pool directly using Liposomal Glutathione to directly replenish it.
Then you must take into account gallbaldder and HPL synthesis not being effected.

Its not as simple as that unfortunately.
Like I’ve said in a few sleep posts on here sleep quality is dependent on 2 things.
1. Being able to fall asleep.
2. Staying asleep. So agree 1. is mainly your sleep hygiene and your somatic environment – dark, cool room, no visible LEDS, limit blue light exposure 90 mins before bed, meditative diaphragmatic breathing.
But one could also be nutritional deficient – tryptophan to generate serotonin; so that you fall asleep and enough biopterin and vitamin b6 to facilitate the conversion to serotonin.
Magnesium to help COMT clear cathecolamines to allow body and brain to relax. Then 2. staying asleep for restorative sleep to occur.
Enough melatonin to keep you asleep and stop you waking up.
Drops in blood glucose; not enough serotonin to keep feeding melatonin production……I think this will be my next article haha

Hi Chris,
These were the key points I took away from those great papers:
AAS and Aggression
Aggression, anxiety, and reproductive behaviors involving GABAergic transmission are mainly affected by AAS.
AAS-induced aggression is mechanistically associated with glutamatergic hyperexcitability.
High glutamate levels are implicated in the genesis of aggression and violent behavior.AAS as Neurotoxins
Membrane-associated ARs were the relevant sites for the neurotoxic actions of the steroids
AAS-induced depletion of nerve growth factor in the basal forebrain, thus compromising cholinergic neuronal function and impairing spatial memoryAAS as sources of Oxidative Stress
The complexity of the mechanisms of AAS induced neurotoxicity implicates oxidative stress since apoptosis itself can be induced by oxidative stress.
A redox system imbalance with an excess of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) can contribute to neuronal cell injury and death and has been associated with apoptosis.
Level of oxidative stress determines whether androgens play a positive or negative role in neuronal function. In the rat study exposure for ND.
19 day long term exposure – 15mg/kg per day 50 mg dose -> extrapolate that to 1.5 g per day for 100kg person.Looking at the subjects who partook in the Cognitive Deficit study:
The 31 subjects had 5 years less education than the Non Users
Average AAS use time was 5.5 years
They performed more poorly in Visiospacial and Pattern Recognition – a skill that can be trained.
I don’t know if you can really make an accurate assumption from the results even though they argue to be statistically valid.
“Our cross-sectional design does not permit inferences of causality; for example, AAS users’ lower visuospatial scores might simply have reflected innate cognitive deficits that antedated AAS use, rather than a toxic effect of AAS exposure itself”To answer your question
A. I think taking plasticity of neurons into consideration and their ability for repair and most will utilize off periods that this effect will diminished. The otherside is if the person has a blockage in their GST and SOD enzymes which most people to an extent do due to environmental toxin exposure would cause superoxide, hydrogen peroxide etc to build up within the system and being quite toxic. This would also feed into CVD as I’m sure if AAS are known oxidative stressors, the same effect can be applied to within arteries and the endothelium.B. As for the aggressive side of things, it is known that some people MAY be susceptible to underlying aggression. However, you also need to take into account how androgens and their metabolites are cleared from the body. COMT and subsequently MAO A can be severly slowed down when their is an excess of androgens – hence why people get very anxious when taking potent androgens due to the latent clearance of catecholamines as a result.
With regards to GABA clearance, we need to take into account how it feeds into the Citric Acid Cycle and Dopamine release. Again, if COMT is slowed down by androgens, dopamine will have nowhere to go but to build up in the brain and we know high dopamine causes agression too.
Rather than reducing neural excitement, it would be better to focus on supporting COMT and MAO A to help keep neurotransmitter metabolism running more efficiently. I addressed this support in a person on here who was suffering with anxiety and poor sleep from trenbolone if you look back through my replies.

Rahul,
Both Citrulline and Nitrates will have the same effect with regard to eNOS and upregulating NO3 synthesis.
I like Citrulline as its cheap and is well tolerated at high dosages.
