What has her fat intake been like?

E2 and progesterone work inverse to each other so increasing estrogen will lower progesterone.

Did you take an A.I?

Craig – the only dairy I consume is the 200g yoghurt as there is zero lactose in whey isolate (I hope not for paying the extra !)
200g yoghurt has at most 8g of lactose which isn’t a whole lot. I had eliminated it during the previous diet so it was nice to reintroduce it again.
People need to pay attention to how their stomach feels from certain foods. I also always keep lactase on hand at home for if I notice any irregularities.
Remember Greek Yoghurt has been strained so alot of the milk by products don’t remaing.

Its not broscience……..
Grapefruit inhibits CYP450 enzymes which metabolise methylated compounds….
The issue here is that it doesn’t increase the potency but just SLOWS down hepatic metabolism so it remains in the system LONGER.
