    There was a lot of bad talk at one point about AJ and his methods on Geard Up from what I can remember.

    4 weeks though is a lot of time to go from the lean setpoint on left to the right if you had cardio/food/drug variables all at hand.

    I’ve no experience with it so I can’t really comment.

    I do know it interacts with the Serotonin receptor so it could have a possible positive effect.

    Holy Basil, Standardised RHodiola Rosea and PQQ alongside KSM-66 and 500mg phosphatidyl serine.

    7-keto DHEA is so poorly absorbed so I dont think its too necessary.

    If adrenals are fried, then could add small amount of Pregnenolone to help with adrenal hormone synthesis.

    Right so update on my own current affairs 🙂

    Neck is now 95% better so I gave things a little push last night during Back and Hamstrings.

    Worked up to Banded Deadlifts of 50kg a side with a red band.
    Not the 90kg a side with a black band I left off in January but a start !!

    My recovery has been quite poor after sessions with how intensely I train so I have to keep an eye on that. I trained legs last Thursday and there is still some DOMS in my quads and hamstrings.

    Weight is still holding around 207 lb and haven’t lost much size but we agreed my midsection and back is starting to soften so JP changed up diet to a new plan.

    Morgan and I have our summer holiday in 8 weeks so that will be a nice goal to get lean for.

    Training day – Carbs lowered by 185g, Protein by 100g and Fat 10g.
    Although a good drop, 500g carbs previously in my current hormonal state was too much. Also 300g Protein from 400g is a no brainer given the current state of affairs.
    Some food rotations which is nice too.

    Workout Day Meals
    320p, 320c, 53f – 3050 kcal
    Meal 1
    40p, 17f – 165g (4-5% fat) Salmon, 1 Whole Egg, 5g Coconut Oil, Green Veg

    36p, 52c – 100g Chicken, 100g (4-5% fat) Beef, 250g Sweet Potato, Green Veg

    Meal 3
    PreWO – 40p, 50c, 5f – 47g Whey Isolate (40g Protein from Whey), 65g Jasmine Rice, 5g Coconut Oil

    Meal 4
    Intra WO – 50p, 40c – 15g iBCAA, 40g PeptoPro, 40g Cyclic Dextrin, 5g Creatine

    Meal 5
    Post WO – 37.5p, 118c – 240g Prawns, 65g Jasmine Rice, 80g Coco Pops, Unsweetened Almond Milk

    If hcG hasn’t been used from the start then I don’t see a point to adding it if you are going to blast again.

    Your E2 is fine at that range.

    The libido issue could be progesterone/prolactin being too high from the nandrolone

    Yes better off waiting and why I said you get bloods down to check levels before beginning……

    That is if you are looking to restore proper HPTA function and not going to run a cycle anytime soon otherwise running a Power PCT is just a waste of money and time.

    Dyazide is the “safest” in terms of correcting a problem.

    An “insurance policy” would be maybe a quarter tablet in the middle of the night about 6 hours after cutting water off provided you took water up high the day before the show.

    You’d be paying extra attention to how you are flushing that morning and the colour of urine; assessing fullness and muscle contraction.

    Stephen explained it spot on – the “whoosh effect”.

    Also don’t forget fat cells can only be depleted and are never truly lost – as the fat cells become depleted, they “refill” with glycerol and water as a survival mechanism until they off load it.
