With no gallbladder, eating fats is really going to stress your liver and eventually cause FLD.
As above, you should be already supplementing with bile salts like Ox bile to aid in fat digestion along with a good lipase supplement to relieve liver stress.
It doesn’t really matter the fat source (solid or oil) you take in as your digestion is compromised anyway.

I answer a thread similar to this in either Supplements or Health where I normally am…..
Sounds like your gut bacteria is off and you’re feeding them with things they really like (potatoes, oats, yoghurt etc) to which they metabolise and generate sulfur by products.
You may also not have efficient digestion and lack of fibre so things are just basically rotting…….

Depends on how well you are recovering between sessions. Remember fatty acids are essential part to cell membranes. If recovery is being impacted keep them higher from supplemental EFAs but otherwise you can get away with trace fats in diet.

D4 was really the only lab to dose to account for the ester 330mg = 250mg of testosterone base + 80mg enanthate ester weight…..
So you are getting more than a pharma lab…….
Considering 250mg can have some people at 700ng/DL, it comes down to genetics again of how CYP450 metabolises it (specifically CYP3A4) you could just be a shit metaboliser or you’re being exposed to something in your environment that is upregualting this enzyme and clearing the drug faster……
Why doesn’t anyone ever consider these things………

You want this flushing to occur as it aids in the oxidative process in the liver. Hence why high dose niacin can be liver toxic.
Niacin is best taken at nighttime around 2 hours before bed with a meal to hopefully slow the absorption and given a steadier release with no rapid flush. THe body does desensitise to it over time though and normally the effective strategy is to begin at 500mg and slowly work up to 1.5-3g max over a period of months so as to desensitize the flush at high doses….but I’ve never been that patient…….

That’s quite a low dose being honest. It would most likely see levels hit around 600ng/DL after 10 days and then drop off.
It’s not a very effective TRT strategy in my opinion. Too many troughs to deal with as the esters clear.

Tuesday evening I went to see Glenn again after being so frustrated in the gym.
I have been going to Glenn since I was a kickboxer so he’s been treating me the last 9 years.
He managed to finally locate the injury in my right levator scapula/trap as the pain keeps moving around but in all his time treating me he’s never seen my body not heal properly. He managed to stretch and release some of the tight muscles to give me some temporary relief…….Yesterday trained Chest, Delts Arms 2 but body was tired from the lack of sleep I’ve been getting with the pain and Glenn working on it the night before that it wasn’t a very enjoyable session.
So today I went to see Dr Conn in Perfect Spine Chiropractic in Derry. http://www.perfectspine-chiropractic.com/
He’s an old friend of Morgan’s and just set up a brand new clinic in Derry last week.
He assessed my posture as well as took x-rays.It appears my body is all weighted to left side from the front and the x-ray shows quite a bad neck injury. He found C4 and C5 compressed – This would line up with what Glenn seen in my body on Tuesday too when he assessed my posture and why my levator scapula and trap won’t heal right.
He also asked was I suffering with poor digestion to which I have been the last couple of weeks and he said this is due to the nerves in the thoracic spine region being involved in stomach and hunger regulation.
Posture from the side is pretty well aligned though and lumbar spine is in good health which is good.
He asked did I ever do contact sports to which I did with kickboxing LOL as the neck injury appears to be have been caused by a trauma collision. Getting punched in the head is pretty common when kickboxing LOL….thank god I had sense at 23 to stop……..
Normally the follow up consultation is the following week but at the end he showed me how serious my neck is and said I need to get you in ASAP to start treating.
Normally there is a curve to your neck…..mine has none and its angled at around 30 degrees forward……..
He also asked did I ever see a chiropractor to which I did 3 years ago and he also took x-rays too and showed me my neck was a little forward but nothing to be too concerned about. Dr Conn said you had this injury then and was frustrated that the other chiropractor never done anything……..
I woke up with this injury Thursday 2 weeks ago when I couldn’t turn my neck after sleeping and I hadn’t trained in 2 days with finishing nightshift……goes to show injuries like this are just building and building until eventually it just gives…… 🙁
One thing Glenn advised me on and people probably aren’t aware of is that if you get chiropractic adjustments done it is imperative that you get massage work to realign the muscles to the new orientation…..otherwise your tight muscles will just pull the bones back to their original alignment. This was the theory why I said to Glenn it would be good to get a chiropractor’s opinion as I had a feeling it was my skeleton preventing the muscles from healing correctly.
Will need to see what things are a no go with the treatment regarding back training.

if that’s the case high dose berberine would be doing the same.
Metformin true downfall is how toxic it is to gut bacteria and why so many people suffer with gastric problems from it

Boosting HDL can be genetic though as I’ve said before. Remember all cholesterol is “generic” as chylomicrons until it is processed in the liver. Hepatic lipase deficiency or an inefficient liver will greatly contribute to poor cholesterol synthesis.
