The estrogen rebound is a myth in reality.
Aromatase doesn’t just upregulate after ceasing an aromatase inhibitor. If this was the case it would up regulate also in response to being inhibited….just doesn’t work like that…..
Just stop the A.I and allow homeostasis to occur.

Sean the reported standard lipase dosage for adults is 6,000 LU (Lipase Activity Units) three times per day 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach.
Oils will most likely need more support with lipase due to solid fats having mechanical digestion in the mouth before entering the stomach.

James, currently just one rotation for the workouts apart from Chest, Delts, Arms which just differs slightly between the 2.
Chest, Delts, Arms is the only session done twice per week due to the weakness in my arms.

Jellevdd, I’ll go home now at 7 a.m and be asleep by 8.30 then up for 5 p.m.
Get the routines in place and the sleep comes.
Even with a hugely stressful job I’ve learned tricks to calm everything down so my sleep isn’t compromised 🙂

Triv, electrolyte balance is probably more important than the hydration itself so maybe look towards incorporating some in your 1 litre immediately after waking to ensure it is absorbed efficiently 🙂
I normally do 3-4g of an electrolyte blend in my intra workout more so for the potassium than anything else.

So Nightshift tonight……
Slept pretty much all day to 4.30 p.m so as to reverse over; went to bed at 2 a.m and woke up at 11 a.m; had my normal Meal 1 and back to sleep until 4.30 p.m.
Chest, Delts, Arms tonight at work…..managed to only hold my previous numbers from last session. Felt a bit tired tonight and really only getting over this second bout of flu I got last week; plus I think yesterday’s Back session caught up on me.
Appetite is starting to fall off a little; especially post workout but by the time post post comes around my appetite is back again. 700c on training days is a lot for me considering previous years. Not complaining but need to stay in tune with how my body is reacting 🙂

What were symptoms Sean as you never described?
Fat malabsorption either manifests itself as oily faeces…..
Poor bile production would cause constipation…..
Need to distinguish whether you have difficulty digesting the fat (lipase deficiency) or difficulty producing enough bile to emulsify and absorb/assimilate the nutrient……
Poor fat digestion = Lipase supplementation.
Poor fat absoprtion = Ox-Bile / bile liver support.

Keep drinking your coffee if you find it helps.
There’s absolutely no need for stim based if it disturbs appetite unless you are in a cutting phase and could use the help.
Otherwise something like Big Noise by RedCon1 would be good due to being non-stim based.

I wouldn’t advise for the same reason above with such a long half life would be difficult to control sides if problems arose.
It wouldn’t be much concern being a test derivative due to having a low affinity for 5-alpha reductase but again one would have to carefully consider the accumulative dosage due to the 10-14 day half life.

I plan on getting mine done again this year as I have pericarditis (viral infection of pericardium). Last one in 2014 showed no abnormality.
The other thing to consider is a calcium score test which again I’ll be doing now that I’m 30 this year too.
