Wrong…….subcutaneous tissue also contains fat…..meaning that anything lipophilic like an oil will sit within….therefore CAN be done Sub-Q……

Sweating in your sleep is just an upregulation of your metabolism from entering deep sleep.
Sleeping outside covers will help to keep body cool but there isn’t too much that can be done to prevent it.
As for sweat smelling like ammonia, this is quite nasty – meaning you are not breaking down urea efficiently and being converted to ammonia. Try taking L-Ornithine and Ketoglutarate. Both aid in the Nitrogen Urea cycle to ensure you don’t convert to ammonia.

Whoever you were being coached by is a @#@$#$. Has absolutely no clue of pharmacokinetics at all.
Stick with Test alone for your next couple of cycles and become obsessed with getting stronger, progressing lifts and maintaining gut health and pushing food.

I’m 100% of the belief of mindset and how powerful it is. Absolutely anything is possible and my grandfather and father were the same with pushing me.
At university I was known as the best at Chemistry and had came top every single year. When the Irish Research Council PhD Scholarships were announced in my final year I was told I was guaranteed one. So I applied but when the results came out, 4 of my friends got one and I didn’t as one of my professors had someone else applying to research with her and I didn’t choose her and ended up loosing marks in the application from her reference. With 6 weeks to finals, and a 2nd call in August I was absolutely determined to fckn shut everyone up. I spent 13+ hours in the library becoming obsessed with medicinal chemistry and pharmacology for the exams. Ended up coming top of the university with a score of 790/1000. It was also my luck anyway as not getting the first round allowed me to receive the University PhD scholarship and the 2nd call IRC scholarship too.Joke was on my friends in the end when the IRC ended up only being 3 years funded and my 4th year was covered by the University’s whilst they struggled to get through 4th year financially 🙂
The same goes with last year being coached by you. I was absolutely determined after the WFF World’s that the next time I got on stage that people would think twice that I could bring size with conditioning. And I’m even more determined and inspired by you for the next time I compete 🙂

Start Caber if you have it. Just does it then on Thursday due to its long helf life. 0.5 mg twice a week normally drops prolactin within 3 weeks.

So last night was Back Thickness and saw my banded deadlift increase by another 5kg to 180kg with 2 black bands for 7. Rest of session was row movements.
Legs earier today…..the pump was absolutely ridiculous today having kicked things up a notch since Monday.
Had to use 2 purple bands each side of leg press today as black bands were frayed and wasn’t risking it. Managed 7 plates a side for 8 in last set….the leg press sled in Peak is a heavy bastard and the ankle is quite steep so its always a nice challenge.
Need to keep on top of rolling and stretching as these weeks go on as knee joint is starting to stiffen and get tight.

Caber at 0.5mg Mon and Thurs for 3 weeks should be sufficient.
Aromatase is a CYP1A enzyme so maybe a polymorphism has occured in your genetics to cause the switch, why this happened I can’t say

I supplement with 5ml Nordic Oil twice a day, 2-3g Krill Oil and 3-4g EPO so my base is covered there.
The other reason for having dietary fats low is genetically I do not digest fats very easily and they end up storing as fat due to hepatic lipase insufficiency.
Adding Ox Bile this off season has really helped with my fat digestion though.
I see this in my bloods where lipids increase as fats increase in diet, then precontest when they are removed they fall.
