Jim, my rest day kcal weren’t always this low but ended up here from prep.
I prefer JP keeping my rest day kcal this low as it brings back hunger and rests digestion. Plus the increased fibre on these days helps to clear out previous days from training and lower about 2lb of water retention.
5 out of 7 days in a big surplus is enough to see slow steady weight increase. Plus I recover quite quickly so I don’t need as much fuel on rest days l.

Nick as I’m on high carbs it doesn’t really matter too much having them throughout the day as we don’t combine fats and keep fibre in play.
My PWO is my highest carb meal so there will be a partitioning effect provided you train hard.

JG85 I don’t know what was worse, the leg session or the crazy spinning rides we went on before ice skating but I’m still dizzy at work today haha.
Nick, I do both and at work (we’re lucky to have a gym within the facilty).
I just structure my meals as a normal day so if training after work – M1, Bedtime Meal, Post Post, Pre-WO, Intra and then Post WO when I get home before bed.
If I’m at work I’ll train like I do on my day off – M1, M2, PreWO Train at 11.30 a.m in work and meal order as above.
If you have limited times for meals, train after work so you can have easy meals like shakes then have PreWO just before you finish shift.Back width yesterday was another good session.
Single Arm Machine Row now up to 45kg on the Watson Plate loaded machine. ROM is a bit tough on this one but if you get a little lower you can really pull down hard with elbow to engage lat.Chest, Delts, Arms then today at work – managed to get away for a couple of hours and cover while training LOL.
Decent session and strength is climbing continuously .Looking forward to the next few weeks when the changes JP made really kick in :)))

Oestrone E1 has the same sides E2. Read the article I posted above as it covers it.
You could get liver checked but it would have to be after 5 days of no training etc. in order to get a baseline.

Tamoxifen is hepatotoxic but 86 would be expected if training intensely 48 hours before blood test.

Med diet is Mediterranean diet – low carb, high fat…..not what I would be suggesting per se.
GHRP-6 raises prolactin so you more than likely developed some gyno from the elevation there if you were sensitive.
Did it develop on the right side?Donating blood will help to lower cholesterol slightly but more so for your HCT
Your HDL ratio is ok though and Non-HDL cholesterol is what we’re really focusing on here along with Triglycerides.
Are you eating a very high carb diet?
Excess carbohydrate gets converted to triglycerides in the liver and with your current BF I would possibly be leaning towards diet being your main root cause. That is a very high TSH!
What was your estrogen and SHBG result?
Did you get FT3 and FT4 tested too?
Have you had ANA antibodies tested?Celiac is genetic trait but you could still have developed an allergy to gluten and be ALLERGIC to gluten.
You cannot test specifically for this……Gluten antibodies have the same protein residue as thyoid tissue so they can attach the thyroid.
Antibody attack on the throid will elevate TSH as the HPTA then thinks you need more.From what I am seeing, remove all bread and wheat products for 4 weeks.
ZERO gluten.Restest TSH then – if it lowers continue with gluten free for another month and retest again.
If it lowers again on the 2nd re-test, I would strongly suggest going gluten free as otherwise you are headed long term for developing Hashimotos…….

Legs earlier today after having deep tissue eork dome by Glenn last night.
I’ve said it before on my Instagram but I’m a huge believer in regular deep tissue work and a lot of the people I coach are starting to believe me too. A lot of people complain about sore knees thinking it’s tendinitis when in fact it’s more than likely a tight glute or rec fem pulling on vastus medialus.
Anyway banded leg press now up to 10 plates a side on the Watson leg press. Legs are ruined this evening but in a good way.
Back session in the morning before ice skating ! 🙂

Even on 150mg Test E, E2 can go out of range depending on your genetics and aromatase expression so bloodwork willike always dictate.
And there is no downtegualtion to the effects of A.Is. They are designed to bind to estrogen so unless you have some sort of mutant estrogen they will work.
And correct, A.I use long term is not healthy. However, if a small dose is required to keep estrogen down to high middle range then you’ve no choice and this will have minimal impact on lipids as there will be a high sufficient amount of estrogen circulating.

This is due to down regulation of COMT by Hugh level of androgens causing an up regulation in Ephedrine and delayed clearance.
Some people feel anxious others get palpitations.

Update guys.
Thursday night’s back session went awesome – PB’d banded deadlifts (video on my Instagram).
Managed to train at work yesterday during lunch which was great to destress – slowly getting to the point of hurting someone…..LOLBloods came back Friday and all is good.
Check in with JP went well and sitting at 211 lb.
Bodyfat is just where he wants it before we begin pushing so food will stay as is which is high.
Plan in place now for the next phase push from this week which is going to be interesting.
