Stefan I would be against the use of any PPI for the shear reason of dysbiosis occurring from the down regulation of acid production.
Same goes for antacids.Both just leave you open to developing gut issues

Sorry I meant E1 which is Estrone.
E3 is Estriol which is protective (I always mix them up) and you want E3 in the body.
E1 estrone is a malignant estrogen which androgens can be converted to along with E2 and can have some nasty sides.
If E2 is low then you could test E1 to see if you’re predomintantly converting to it over E2.
How I see it is you’re either eliminating the excess E2 from your body naturally via the liver or its being converted into E1 whichYou can read about E1 here.

How’s liver values considering E2 would be processed in the liver?
Are you taking Calcium-D-GLucarate/Milk Thistle etc?
The only thing I can think of is natural clearance by the body through Phase 2 detox conjugation.
A.Is wouldn’t be the only way to lower and eliminate E2.
The other scary thing which I hope also is not the case is that your estradiol is being converted to estriol (E3)……..
So either:
1. Converting the E2 to conjugatable eliminative products.
2. Converting the E2 to nasty E3…..Are you sure you are reporting your E2 correctly too?
Its normally pmol/L……nmol/L is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
1 nmol = 1000 pmol.
If your result is 55 nmo/L then its 55000 pmol/L so I’m hoping this is a typo LOL and is being reported as pmol.

You could suffer just genetically with a hepatic lipase deficiency meaning your processing of LP particles within the liver is poor.
If you have been running the above supps and it has not raised HDL significantly not has LDL decrased too mush you can root cause back to genetics.

As this was your first time competing and transition into offseason and the fact you have had a good controlled rebound means that you never suffered the depressive explosive fat gaining rebound.
You will be softer and lose sharpness to abs etc. but until summer comes around next year I wouldn’t be hugely worried.
I really wouldn’t let it bother you as you will make optimal gains and strength in offseason around 14-15% bodyfat.

Chest, Delts, Arms yesterday saw PBs all around 🙂 extremely happy with strength progression of 1st exercise -> Low Decline DB Press with 3 sec eccentric and slight pause in the bottom.

42.5kg x 10
27.5kg x 15.So sore today after the rest last week but all good.
Rest day today and first day back at work……still waiting on a replacement Engineer in the opposite area so back to covering 145 machines……FML.
Rest day kcal are still quite low (around 1700 kcal) but I’m finding these 2 rest days are keeping my digestion optimal from the increase in veg and fibre. Nice to have an appetite on a day like today versus training days lol.
Banded Pull session tomorrow after work. Will be first time training in the evening in a long time so looking forward to the change.

I would just cease all anabolics and begin your cruise dose and allow to naturally clear.
Stepping down is just extending the cycle unnecessarily and your receptors will not benefit from the reduction in dosage either…Remember, your not going cold turkey….
For 800mg of an enanthate ester you’re looking at up to 4 weeks to clear gradually…..
For EQ esepcailly, you’re looking at 6 weeks…….It would be different if running huge doses of a fast acting ester, but even then NPP is 3-4 days due to phenylpropionate so its still not a significant drop.
This is why I don’t like EQ or Deca due to it lingering around so long and keeping you from “recovering”.

Yeah thw gyn last night was -2….lol.
Today is the first day waking up feeling almost back to 100%.
Chest and throat pretty much fully cleared.
I had run out of Sambuccol at my parents in Dublin before our holiday. I stay in my parents when wotking in Dublin and stayed in bed there. Soon as I came back home on Saturday evening to Strabane I started taking it along with elderberry and I firmly believe it is a very potent antiviral.
I discussed the immune support list above in my story for anyone who follows me on Instagram.
