Thanks for all the help guys. I have readjusted my steps to 12.5k per day and taken cardio out on leg days and moved it to rest days. Able to manage fatigue much better with this set up. Back to losing weight again 🙂

Im with J here – ive never once considered a ratio as I find every one is different in terms of how they feel at specific E2 levels.
If you feel great and have no high E2 sides then dont stress the number at all – your in a good place.
The only high e2 sides I have is puffy nipples but ive had them since I was a teenager. I am 22 now and they have stayed the same pretty much. I have ordered the turbogoline prolactin product to help manage it.

What was your prolactin levels ?You may want to bring E2 down also. A little primo would do this well
What would you suggest? Change it to 180mg test e and 90mg Primo per week?

This amount of gain is insignificant in a couple of days. Likely water and inflammation. However, if it continues to rise I would consider pulling back to drop some fatigue before going again. If you have no time line to stick to, I would reduce cardio/steps, add in some more carbs over the next couple of days and run a de-load/rest over one training rotation… then get back to it. The reduction in stress and improved sleep should give you an energy boost and get things moving again.
Hi Clare,
Thanks for the advice. I dont really want to take a deload as training preformance is still high. My plan was to add 200 cals for the next 4 days and drop 5k steps today and 60 mins of cardio over the next 3 training days and go from there.

Thanks for all the responses guys. Up another .3kg today. Gonna drop steps by 5k today (rest day) and increase cals by 200. For the following 3 days i was planning a drop in calories by 150 but just going to keep the same and drop cardio on these days (usually do 20 mins) and see what happens.

It could be overall fatigued too. When was the last time you ran a devolume?
This would be my initial thoughts. How many days a week do you train / what is your split. How much cardio / steps are you doing?
Currently running Push, legs, pull, rest repeat. 15 steps a day and 20 mins cardio on training days. Current cals 2500 on training days and 2050 on NTD.

Sounds like inflammation or a build up of fatigue. Depending on what your time limit is I would pull back rest a day or 2 from cardio drop off any inflammation and then continue to push
I am not in a rush or anything so have plenty of time. Have a rest day tomorrow and was planning to do 15k steps. Would you suggest dropping to 10k? I was also planning to drop cals from 2500 to 2350 the following 3 days. Do you think I should drop the cals with a decrease in cardio and steps or just keep cals the same and drop steps and cardio on those days?

End of January/start of February

It could be has anything else changed? Supplementation maybe?
Im pretty sure that everything has stayed the same. No change to supplements or cals. Expenditure has remained the same at 15k steps per day and 20 mins of cardio after sessions. Currently running push legs pull rest split

It could be yes. Have you compared pics from before the increase to now ?
No, what would I be looking for?

Take a GDA before your heaviest carb meals.
Have periods of time low or no carbs (For example, a couple of meals on rest days and/or away from training).
Get quality, restful sleep.
Keep stress low.
Push body weight up slowly.
How long before? 30 mins-ish?
