I checked in with Nick yesterday. The look has improved but the scales went up. Also, we compared shots from both 9 and 6 weeks out during my last prep and I am way ahead of those at 11 weeks out which is great, and on more food at this point too.

    I woke up looking quite full yesterday, so we decided not to run any high days. However we made some slight changes to PEDs;

Reta – Increased to 2x 325mcg per week

Clen – Added in at 20mcg/day

    SLU – Increased to 400mcg/day

Regard the Slu Andy, Are you using injectable or Oral?

    Marc, 100%.

Sad thing about the internet is that 99 % of people are doing things for a financial gain, not realising the harm that they cause whilst doing so.

Like Previously mentioned, Forums like this with Educated People, there advice is second to none and makes it worth every penny of membership.

There’s so many peptides out there, that it really does interest me to try them , and i enjoy building my knowledge and listening to other peoples experience with them :).

I’m about 10 days in now with my “stack” , the food noise in my brain has certainly calmed down, I’m not thinking what can I have to eat 24/7 which is great as it was starting to really consume me.

Also I’ve dropped a lot of water and inflammation, down around 5/6lbs.

Yes of Course! Fully Agree with what’s been said.

However , if I didn’t have the forum and you guys, I could quite easily of followed something off Instagram etc , I’ve read people starting on like 5mg reta split in 2 doses which is absurd!

It makes sense but we don’t care what people say that we don’t hold any value in their opinion is what we are saying back . We figure stuff out for ourselves and then we have the answer . So then we don’t give a fukkkkkkk what anyone else says .

How you then take in info is up to you . You either listen to us , listen to them , or figure it out yourself .

None of that imo is confusing

I value your opinion and hillys very highly hence why I’m here 🙂

I could sit and ask you questions all day lol ive that much to ask haha!

Sorry, a little misleading what I’m trying to say.

Ive listened to what you guys have said to me and I’m following that, my point was just that there is so much different information out there that no wonder people are getting confused, and havnt a clue where to start regarding dosing and frequency etc, if that makes Sense?

    5-10mg 3 times a week? That’s like 90 quid a week on just 1 peptide?

I don’t think I’ve tried one yet where I don’t like the flavour!

I like to add some oats aswell , like 4:1 ratio COR : OATS

No you are talking cream of rice, oats (jumbo oats for the win) and a whey waste over some fruit if you have any! Definitely a win, add a little cinnamon on top and that’s taste buds sorted lol[/quote]

Dont forget the Nut butter or Dark choc! 😛

    Ok great news

You suppress it ? Or reduced?

I’ve not had any Reta since Wednesday morning. Today I seem fine. Stomachs a little sore but not upset anymore. Staying hydrated and sticking to plain foods today, plenty of simple carbs. Race day tomorrow.

I’ll start with 0.25 I think 4 x a week and see how that goes.

Mainly after appitate suppression which is which I took a higher dose .

Stomach seems to of settled, pretty confident it was from the higher dose of Reta.

Will pull it back to smaller doses and assess from there.

Jeez the last few days have been really rough!

After all the questions and voice notes on insta you still added in all at once even tho I said it would be very wise to add in 1-2 max at a time lolol.

seems like you didnt listen to any of us.

I would pull the reta out – wait a week and then slowly taper back in.

personally I would pull them all out and do as I advised adding in one at a time to Asses what is actually doing what

    Like I said I made a mistake:(

Was just so eager to get everything working ahead of my races :/

    Lesson learned.

Will cut Reta back to smaller doses and work from there .

Most of the time it is not Reta alone but also food choices that can have impact when using it

Anything to watch out for specifically? Never eat anything greasy or takeaways etc
