ITPP is very good IMO. I ran it at 250mg per day for 2 weeks in the lead up for a competition and the difference in my recovery between events was drastically improved from normal.

I’ll be running it again in the lead up to the next show and will run the same dose for the first two weeks then drop down to maintenance dose of 250mg three times a week after that.

Thanks for your input Adam, you think be a really good addition to my running then?

    Did you use pre workout?

I train 2 x a day, so was thinking something along the lines of 1 cap pre workout for 2/3 weeks , then drop onto a maintenance phase of something like what you suggested.

I just took it in the morning each day but pre workout could work just as well.
What other peptides have you used mate? And recommendations for sporting performance?

    Hi both 🙂

My original background was football, then powerlifting, now my main focus is running 🙂

Close to my best shape now, but carrying a lot of extra un-needed mass, to trying to de-size best I can! Never thought id say that ey!

My 5k PB is 17.11 , ran last September at around 81kg Morning weight. Got injured shortly after that, then got back training late December.

I’ve got 2 10k races coming up in March, Excited to see how i do! Sub 35 mins is the Goal!

    We shall see!

Hey Mate! That’s a solid time well done! What injury did you have? Are you recovered now? Is your nutrition in a good place for losing that extra weight? When you say extra mass are you talking about muscle or fat,
Hi Louis.

It was aggravation around my FHL / Achilles , I have to be really careful now with it and i do alot of cross training , mainly in my PM sessions.

As for Nutrition, I’m trying to , something I find hard to calculate as my output is so high.

I’m trying to Prioritize Carbs mainly around my training , and then higher Fats and Protein Night time.

We won’t find anyone actively trying to put on muscle for competitive bodybuilding on here trying to run lol
But I do have respect for it and am intrigued by it! I’ve considered the same thing you mentioned in the process of downsizing.

Are you wanting to continue weight training as well?

I enjoy weight training , but I seem to be holding mass by keeping 1-2 times a week in so I’m going to have to drop it I think so get down to a good racing weight for me which is about 80KG.

Because no one could source it until proforma , and no one else can by the looks of it

You need to load , I would run 4 caps a day for 4 weeks then 4 caps 3 times a week pre runs

    Brill thanks mate.

Oh I assumed you posts something after , as I didn’t think you would ask me what I think haha, simply because I don’t continue to take things I dislike

“ to get another big boost …. Worked extremely well “

I’ve asked around but it don’t seem like many people have used itpp.

Ill be using it for my running performance , would you recommend pre run? and start 2 caps?

    Sweet!

I’m very intrigued to how much these peptides can have on athletic performance, when every other aspect is dialled in , training , performance , rest etc.

    keep up the good work!
