I’m with jordan here. I tried alot to ignore nerve pain doing hinges and it did nothing for me but hurt and ruin my mindset when I couldn’t perform them as heavy or as efficiently as I wanted

Shit push session today tbh. Db press didn’t go well and tbh I am a bit fed up with it as my main mover it’s just a ball ache to get into when your alone and your running through warm ups. Then anything over 60kg just becomes so hard to manoeuvre it fucks you before you even do a rep. Pump wasn’t great either. Heavy today. Heaviest so far. Getting a bit softer so want to really make the most of this extra body weight now. Will be time to back off before we know it.

Rest day today. Shattered. Lol. Completely packed day working from wake until pretty much now. Heavy leg doms from yesterday after nailing legs. Hoping that’s eased off a bit tomorrow we will see. Push day tomorrow and another day back at it to see what we can do. Musclehut or Binous I’m yet to decide but we will see.

Pull today wasn’t great tbh. Left it late between eating and training. Had to train locally so didn’t have that external motivation and energy you get at a bodybuilder gym. But nonetheless got it done and on reflection it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Just changed few things to suit.

Good rest day yesterday. Enjoyed it. Busy day but I do like my rest days now. Training hard and needing those rest days is definitely a good feeling. Great push session today hit some good numbers too.
Very happy to have Gh and mots c back in too. Definitely feeling and seeing the benefits too. Tighter, fuller and heavier. So long may it continue .

I don’t think it’s good for anything tbh. You may have a good session fasted but long term for progress and digestion. Not to mention eating alot in two sittings doesn’t do anything positive for body composition regardless if Cals are the same it’s not the same. You don’t look or feel the same.

Solid day today with Dudley. Day started as usual with work, steps and cardio then picked Dudley up and went to the gym trained pull was a strong session. Got some content and then back to mine for some food and more content with some ideas and some really cool stuff to work on next time we’re together. Learned a good few things about edits and how to improve the aesthetic of my content so I’m excited to start implementing it now. Rest day tomorrow full of work shit so a lot to get on with. Let’s go !!
