Another good session today which I wasn’t sure would be after being away with the fam at a hotel. But as usual I ticked my boxes just had to train a bit later. So it’s always a bit tiring when changing the routine. But it was one of those you power through and end up performing really well in. The biggest annoyance was doing cardio post workout because the hotel didn’t have a stairmaster. Tbh I didn’t enjoy the hotel much because I was being anal about my routine which shows my focus but also annoys me because nothing suffered so I’m lucky to be able to do things like that and shouldn’t be moody about it. Oh well. Legs tomorrow guys let’s go !

Pull was a very good session just passed and I have made my mind up. For me a chest supported db row hits my upper back so much more than a chest supported t bar row. Just the feel the connection etc is way better. Better rom too so I think that’ll be the focus now over the t bar. Zac was very happy with my look today. I hit 100kg first time so let’s see if that sticks with conditioning pretty much holding steady the last few kg that’s come on. We keep on as we are and keep working hard towards new territory

Push day was good yesterday strong session. And today pull was also good. Nothing ground breaking however pump was wild so that was nice. Very much looking forward to a rest day tomorrow as I am fucking tired. And just feel a bit meh. I wanna get my aggression back for training as I feel it’s dwindled a little. I think a big thing is traffic as weird as that sounds it zaps the energy out of me getting to the gym then all local gyms are just shit leisure centre types

Super busy rest day today. So much filming done and getting things set up for some offers and lead magnet stuff on social media. Literally filmed 30+ reels yesterday and today another 20 plus a 15 min long form video and a product shoot for a paid ad with a brand. So been full on. Still of course ticked all the necessary boxes and got everything I needed done so yeah it’s been productive. Check ins, social media and push tomorrow. Looking forward to it too tbh. Want a solid push session in. Sleep needs work but hopefully it won’t be a limiting factor.

Legs today with cal and Dudley was really good. Different than how my sessions have been but using some excellent kit really trashed my legs. Slow and controlled with deep stretches and hard contractions throughout was nuts. Blood in them was absurd. Low volume session but a hard one. Leg extension by prime is a monster when done properly and so is the arsenal leg press. It’s fucking nuts. Nailed me. Close feet. Low on the foot plate and pauses knees to chest was a killer. Finished on light high rep hacks to finish. Post legs did a lot of content which is good. . Rest day tomorrow. And more content to film.

Very good push today. Reps or numbers up on pretty much everything which put me in a great mood. Post workout shots I was happy with too looked thick and round which was also nice. Then we all went to met cal Hannah and ronnie and we had salmon and bread at cheesecake factory for my off plan meal. Was a really nice evening tbh. Feel I’ve definitely under eaten but that’s better than over doing it for sure. Pull tomorrow then legs with cal Sunday. So big few days of training ahead.

Rest day today always boring but pretty packed with work and things that need doing. Haircut. Steps. Work. Supermarket trip. Cardio. Rest as much as possible and watch some YouTube. lol. Chilled evening tonight but felt so tired. So in bed a bit earlier than yesterday but yeah still not great. Busy day tomorrow though. Good night guys

Did you have some water and were in the right conditions. Feet flat on the floor and arm out on a table.
I’ve noticed that where the more you worry and think about it the more it goes up. I’ve seen situations cause high bp. High stress cause bad bloods too

Good pull session today. Felt strong. Nothing crazy but at that stage now where I’m going to be fighting for a rep here and there before adding anymore weight which is fine. Weight solidified now in the 99s which I think on wake is easily 100+ as I weight a few hours after waking and after a walk etc.
Rest day tomorrow to catch up with work and get some content filmed and need to get a decent night sleep after staying up until 2.30 to watch arsenal. Not good guys lol.
