Not a good day for me today guys. Did my cardio and some steps then went for my TMT test where I had to go on a treadmill and run uphill until my hr reached 185bpm which wasn’t easy due to me being fairly fit but at 102kg was even harder for me but I did it and then got home eat my first meal and then all of a sudden I came down with fever like symptoms and I was smashed all day. Unable to do anything. Couldn’t do any looms, steps barely wanted to eat from nausea. Missed a meal but steps were super low. So not fussed. Hopefully I’m better tomorrow.

Today was shit. Felt shit. Tired. Weak. No motivation. Took me so long to get going and when I did I just didn’t have any power. So decided I need some time off. So no lifting now until Monday. I just feel heavy and slow too. Everything is a mission. I feel inflamed. Weight jumped up too. Body just looks and feels different also. So ye. Rest a few days it is and I’m looking forward to it too so you know it’s needed!

Seems the last few days of posting haven’t uploaded. Which is fucking annoying and hasn’t happened in a while. Not sure there’s been any issues with the app so not sure how that’s happened unless it’s my WiFi or me closing down my app before it’s fully uploaded my log.
Anyway …
You have no clue because of the above how things have been. But it’s been good. lol. So we will start a fresh here and make sure this loads up. So push today was a good one. Pump was absolutely insane. Changed around my lateral raises a bit and hit db drop sets. And wow. They absolutely exploded. So that’s the go to now for the next sessions coming up. Seeing a lot of improvements in my physique which is awesome. However I am a bit fed up with eating and being heavy and I’m ready to diet. Even though I’m nowhere near at that stage of struggling I just fancy a change lol. Ramadan soon so need to tweak things then as I am not willing to get fat again forcing food in. So will need a chat to Zac and go from there. Went for an echo and ecg today which were very positive. Friday I have a stress echo. Then we get booked in for a calcium score and we ensure everything is ok as I am not taking risks with my health and these are tests I’ve never done so let’s see what’s what there.

I think it depends on your sessions. In terms of the exercise selection and order of days. I do rdl on one of my pull sessions that is 4 sleeps away from legs. The leg session is a big one so it suits me best for recovery and what I can give to such a big exercise being in my pull session.

Great session yesterday with Omer and great to see him in person. Beat my numbers in the gym too. Incline press beat, dip matched and flat press beat. So excited to keep building on that. Hovering now between 100.8/101kg in good composition is really positive for me. 12kg above my lowest weight last year so let’s see how productive this is when I lean down for summer shows💪🏽

Rest day today and honestly been at the desk all day working. Did a chunk of steps in the morning and then finished the rest in the late evening. Tiring day but more so mentally than anything else. Push day with my client Omer tomorrow he’s over from Iraq. So be good to see him and have a good look over his current situation he’s growing great and well on his way to do v well in 212 imo

Another decent session today. Pull was good I’m really nailing sessions at the moment. Connecting well and feeling my back isn’t always easy but it’s happening now. So that’s fun. So tired now and I’ve got a v v busy day tomorrow. Check ins, new starter plan and a video shoot for gym80. Luckily got my haircut this evening so that was one less thing to do tomorrow

You can take Ice packs or freeze I’ve done both I usually freeze the last meal if I’m on a long travel just in case and by the time I arrive at the destination it’s defrosted nicely

Not a bad push session today but I honestly did freestyle the movements and tried some different movements to see how the kit felt and i won’t be hitting those again. Arsenal shoulder press is obscenely heavy and doesn’t feel great nautilus in line resistance profile is fucked too so glad I did it and know when it all ends I know what i like and what I don’t. It’s pull day tomorrow back hitting the usual session and making some progress.

Rest day wasn’t so much of a rest day.I was up super early and out for my daughters sports day which was a 3 hour event outdoors in the sun. And ended up doing the dad’s tug of war lol. Obv my team won. But yes. Fun day but I was tired anyway. So then work and cardio and a tonne of steps needed doing and didn’t get done until late at night. Felll asleep on the sofa until now and it’s like 4.55 am. Not good. But shows how tired I was. Pissed off missed my Gh though. So yeah. Push day today. Let’s see how the day pans out

Last session of the 3 day training run and it was a decent leg session. First time on an Atlantis hack in years felt good. Took my time and eased in. Next time we send it !
