And we’re back. Pushed hard today. But wasn’t quite at peak strength. But that’s ok. That’s normal. I wasn’t far off. This week out the way then I’m confident I’ll be where I was next week. Food drop was no issue at all. Didn’t feel any different whatsoever tbh. So yeah. Easy. Pull tomorrow and we go again. Rinse and repeat. Two calls early on. Then we crack on. Check ins. Steps. Cardio. Food. Gym. Oh yeah and my own personal check in with Zac

Last rest day in the books and tomorrow it’s time to get back to it. Since being ill I’ve struggled and missed a meal each day but tomorrow

Not great today again tbh but it is what it is. I’m resting so just need to hope I’m better Monday. One more day. Came to a hotel took the family to chill. Had a nice dinner out wrecked my stomach cuz I’m so on with my food. lol. Will get up get some movement in the morning after some work and chill after breakfast by the pool with the fam.

Little better than yesterday but still fucked tbh. Did my check in and we’re starting to come down now. Some food dropped and we’re 18 weeks out. I’ve definitely improved and could easily carry on growing but body fat is getting higher and I simply don’t want to get any worse in that department. So it’s time. Will rest and recoup this weekend then start full force from monday all being well.

Last small push before diet time , will likely see me get to 296/297 over the next couple months then I’m very happy. Upper today. General Fatigue is very high now from workload but it is what it is .
Exciting things about to unfold , we get into the unit for MFG very soon, so that will be fitted out with an MFG show room gym , and then we have the room there for racking to store and fulfil kit.
I’m about to move out of the warehouse as it needs racking as we are entirely overflowing in the main warehouse , I am moving into my own private gym space , it’s very nice , I will decor that nice as we bought the warehouse so we are our landlords so can do whatever we want in there .
The huge warehouse that’s just come on the market across the road from the gym , we have just put an offer in to buy as well , it’s a perfect size for our own manufacturing. That will allow us to cut out costs a touch more for wholesale , and with the tbjp eu and eu wholesale site now active that’s a big deal.
2026 is defo the busiest year of my life so far with the most moving parts , the launching of new things , and the expansion of things . And competing again too 🙂

It depends on what you mean do I need to worry about conditioning. I don’t think there’s ever any warrant in getting fat. A little softer of course is inevitable but staying lean whilst ensuring performance is improving and recovery is in a good spot and of course body weight rising steadily is key imo.

Not a good day for me today guys. Did my cardio and some steps then went for my TMT test where I had to go on a treadmill and run uphill until my hr reached 185bpm which wasn’t easy due to me being fairly fit but at 102kg was even harder for me but I did it and then got home eat my first meal and then all of a sudden I came down with fever like symptoms and I was smashed all day. Unable to do anything. Couldn’t do any looms, steps barely wanted to eat from nausea. Missed a meal but steps were super low. So not fussed. Hopefully I’m better tomorrow.

Today was shit. Felt shit. Tired. Weak. No motivation. Took me so long to get going and when I did I just didn’t have any power. So decided I need some time off. So no lifting now until Monday. I just feel heavy and slow too. Everything is a mission. I feel inflamed. Weight jumped up too. Body just looks and feels different also. So ye. Rest a few days it is and I’m looking forward to it too so you know it’s needed!

Seems the last few days of posting haven’t uploaded. Which is fucking annoying and hasn’t happened in a while. Not sure there’s been any issues with the app so not sure how that’s happened unless it’s my WiFi or me closing down my app before it’s fully uploaded my log.
Anyway …
You have no clue because of the above how things have been. But it’s been good. lol. So we will start a fresh here and make sure this loads up. So push today was a good one. Pump was absolutely insane. Changed around my lateral raises a bit and hit db drop sets. And wow. They absolutely exploded. So that’s the go to now for the next sessions coming up. Seeing a lot of improvements in my physique which is awesome. However I am a bit fed up with eating and being heavy and I’m ready to diet. Even though I’m nowhere near at that stage of struggling I just fancy a change lol. Ramadan soon so need to tweak things then as I am not willing to get fat again forcing food in. So will need a chat to Zac and go from there. Went for an echo and ecg today which were very positive. Friday I have a stress echo. Then we get booked in for a calcium score and we ensure everything is ok as I am not taking risks with my health and these are tests I’ve never done so let’s see what’s what there.
