    Another crazy day here with drones hitting buildings a few hundred meters away from where we live which tbh is a bit too close for comfort when I have my kids to think about. Yes it may be debris from intercepted drones but that’s still a big risk and I wouldn’t forgive myself for keeping my family here if anything happened. It’s not ideal. It’s going to cost a lot but we’ve booked some flights for Wednesday so hopefully they don’t get cancelled and we can leave without an issue until things improve here.

    Still keeping my routine in order and ticking boxes nothing changes. Progressing well in the gym and doing everything as normal. Feeling good tbh despite what’s going on.

    Nice rest day today. Felt good to chill and not rush post Iftar. Stomach also a little better today than yesterday again. Went to the mall with the family for some shopping and steps. Then outside of that it was just a usual rest day. Work steps and cardio. Push tomorrow but I have a meeting at 7.30 so will likely be an extra late session we will see.

    Digestion still in the gutter but marginally better than yesterday. V much looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and seeing how it goes with space between meals and steps too.

    Legs was a really good session which I wasn’t sure it would be with fasting and digestion where it is. New numbers and really good reps. Legs are cooked so we will take that during Ramadan for sure

    Bad day for digestion today. Trying to be a bodybuilder and fasting is becoming really difficult and I’m just feeling my stomach badly. Can’t go toilet properly due to dehydration. 4 meals in from 6.30-2am is making me so gassy too it’s not nice at all. But there is not much I can do about it. Will lower some veg tomorrow and see if that helps and go from there. 2 weeks left we’re about at half way so we can deal with it. Gotta suck it up guys.

    So after hearing there were only 2 explosions this morning in Dubai we decided to come back home. We arrived at 5 I did my cardio. Broke my fast and then went to train push. No explosions or issues at all so we’re praying it stays that way. Crazy couple of days and I have a feeling that this won’t be the end of it but we can only hope.

    Pretty overwhelming day yesterday with all the missile strikes etc. kids scared. Kel pretty anxious too and hearing bombs and explosions seeing fear everywhere wasn’t v nice. But it seems to be somewhat under control. Just crazy to see. Something you don’t ever think you will. Especially not Watching it from the living room!!

    Came to ras Al Khaima and it’s packed with ppl from Dubai. All hotels fully booked. Wild. We’re not fleeing as such it’s kelly’s birthday and we thought it makes sense to go and just be away from it for a bit. So yeah. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. Stay another day or not. Either way nothing changes. Gotta find a gym and crack on if we stay. If not back home to routine.

    1-2g per meal to start based on how much you sweat could push to 3 but 2 I find is a good start point

    What peptides do you currently use mate?

    How are you finding them / dosage etc?

    Currently using mots c and Slu. Stopped Reta while fasting to avoid gastric emptying slowing as I’m struggling with that as it is during this period. Started Klow blend today all from Proforma.

    Mots c I love tbh. I enjoy it pre workout and have felt great on it energy wise.

    Slu I’m on 500mcg pre training and tbh don’t feel a thing from it but it could be assisting in energy along side mots c. Might push that as I get into prep for fat loss benefits.

    Reta for me doesn’t kill appetite at all and I’ve played with dosages too so I know I can handle that fine. Used it in prep and off season. Didn’t think it speeded up fat loss much I still had to go super hard to get peeled. Off season I am not sold on it for keeping me sensitive. I am super diligent with diet and don’t hardly eat off plan so I know that’s the biggest factor keeping me in shape but I’ve still gained bf regardless. I’m Not super lean.

    Klow it’s too early to say.
