So lowered the yohimbine from 15 to 10 and fml it screwed me over again !!! Wtf is going on 😂. Now do I try tough out 10 or bin it !?
Anyway excellent push session. 60kg dbs up on shoulders for 6. Well I did 4 very comfortably then a random dude stepped in to help for no reason at all. So yeah wasn’t happy about that. But was very strong all session. 5 plates on the new tech converging horizontal press too. Was really pleased with both lifts.
Onto pull tomorrow!

I can’t say more than Jordan aside from maybe some herbal medicines like shilijat and ashwaghanda root indirectly may help things and not have any potential negative effects

Rest day today and omg disgusting. Switched brands of yohimbine and im telling you I was in an absolute pickle for hours!!! Hours!!! Then didn’t feel right even after it wore off. Couldn’t even barely work properly. Had to wait to do cardio. Steps. What a shitty day. Wow. So I better lower the dose tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Second high day in after a 0.5 increase in body weight Yesterday. Food went in really well yesterday and again today too tbf. Although not quite as smooth as yesterday but still good. Training was good and I feel a lot fuller. I actually felt tighter and way less bloated on wake this morning too. Tomorrow is a rest day and a monday and looking forward to seeing the look and how the low days have me too. Excited to be back fully under cal again.

Just chat to him mate. And explain you felt flat last time doing this kind of carb up.
That being said it doesn’t take more than 2 days to saturate a muscle with carbs, if you were flat then you likely just needed more. And maybe more fluid too depending what you did with that

Push today. Shit. Beat up. And weight up again. Had enough. So got a call in with cal because if I carry on myself I’ll just run myself into a hole. I feel mashed and I’m just pushing harder and harder and it’s not doing anything for me. So anyway spoke to cal and he’s taking the reins fully now. 2 high days no cardio then we start high, medium and low days and get this off!! So feeling refreshed that he’s in charge and the pressure off. There is a hell of a lot of fat to get off. So 600c today and tomorrow and then we go low and resume cardio too. Game on

Rest day today. Massage. Haircut. Murder of a long walk to get 10k steps in. lol. Busy with work means things aren’t as I’d like. But that’s life. Gotta do what you gotta do hey !
So cardio. Massage. Meal 1 at 3pm. Meal 2 at 7.30. Luckily both meals here were 0 carb so had together and then the following two. I don’t make a habit of this cuz my stomach is not happy but today couldn’t be helped.

All trackers I know of track all protein. If you are tracking meat etc then just add it first like hilly says then you know all protein is legit

Legs was ok. Let myself down. Tried to increase the leg press and I think my legs were just too fatigued to handle it. Managed 4 reps and failed the 5th. So second set did a rest pause on a plate less. 12-6 to feel like I’d done some decent volume on them.
Sad evening. Arsenal are out the champions league. Fucking shit.

Good push session but not the best. Slightly annoyed as I wanted to progress the db shoulder press. Plan was to hit 130lbs but I grabbed the 120 and they felt super heavy and I felt a bit off so just hit them for 6 and after a shakey rep it threw me and if I’m honest wasn’t a better set than last week which really pissed me off. But it is what it is. Rest of the session went well and onto pull tomorrow!
