Haider don’t want to sound disrespectful just want to know your opinion. That looks a lot of drugs…. do you think someone like Ryan Terry who is probably the best men’s physique athlete in the UK uses anywhere near these amounts?
Can I ask what relevance Ryan terry drug use has to Haider?
As we all respond to drugs differently some one else’s use couldn’t be any less relevant really. In the sense of you may need less than them both and I may need more than all of you to elicit the same response. This is just science and genetics.
There is also that thing were no one really cares whose on what when they are on stage and you do what is needed to be the best you can be.
just some thoughts to add to the discussion. For all we know Ryan maybe natty lol or juiced to the gills but I cant believe I ever have or would of given it a second thought._________________________________________

New low weight today 89.8kg. Looking my best yet and jordan is very happy. Even to the point he wants me to jump into classic at my show as well as mp! So that’s nerve racking and exciting. Had a great pull session today too connected well with everything.

Ok mate. are you if the opinion that I am on a lot of drugs ? This is a pretty standard pre contest protocol…. also just wondering what makes you think that ryan wouldn’t be on anywhere near this? Or are you asking me ? I know ryan takes most of the same compounds as me because we had the same coach before I got with jordan and before he got with Neil. He was definitely on tren halo etc … so to answer your question yes he probably is I follow the plan I am set that’s my job. Would I pick this much? Maybe. Do I need this much? Who knows I trust my coach though so I am following the plan.

Safety bar squats are good but the recovery demands are huge. It’s a big movement. I’d go with smith squats over these personally.

Hey guys ! Much better today. Ketotifen sleep stack and halcyon knocked me out !! Felt much better today. Splitting cardio 45 fasted and 15 pwo was also much better too! New low weigh in 90.8kg today! Face is looking sunk in too haha. Jordan was very happy with pics and we’ve added 20mg superdrol a day now too. So condition is going to get really nasty soon! Had a good push session today. Strength was there and energy wasn’t bad at all either. Beat some numbers on reps too. Also did some posing and jordan was extremely happy with the pics which was cool too!

Lower bar will predominantly be posterior chain and allow you to go heavier usually. I prefer high bar so I do shift hips back and load my posterior chain too heavily
