Push today. Decent session tbh. Mixed up my first shoulder press to the hammer which I know alot feel awkward on but it felt good. I used to smash this machine 5 plates a side. Don’t think I’ll get there again but 4 a side felt really good today. Ended the evening with arsenal winning so that’s a bonus. Not gonna lie the emptiness at home got to me a bit today feeling low and really missing my family

Legs today after my first ever ventro glute shot last night … felt fine last night. Today a bit achey,.. tonight post legs fucking hurts. I thought it was meant to be easy and pain free. Fuck it’s like my hip is limited in its mobility now. Horrible. Hoping it eases off tomorrow! Had the high day today and it wasn’t a fuck load of food but it wasnt fun. Not that it was hard to get in but just timings made my digestion a bit off. Nothing major so will see how I wake up tomorrow. Push tomorrow I’m looking forward to!

Rest day today and honestly just boring. Same old. Getting shit done. It actually flew by too because I was so busy. I’m shattered now and it’s legs tomorrow with a high day which I’m not looking forward to as my appetite is shit. Not like I can’t eat but because I’m so busy it’s just going to make things difficult. Off plans have been so much easier to get Cals in but this is what I’ve been told to do so it’s what I’ll do

Pull day today wasn’t a bad session. Decided to try some bb rows and even that aggravated my lower back which is so frustrating because I am literally not able to do anything lower back loading now. And even on leg days doing deep squats and leg press are risky. Need it looking at really badly tbh. Just so busy and don’t know the best way around it. Do I go through insurance or not. Need to ask. Rest day tomorrow I am quite looking forward to so I can get some shit done on the business and knock a new starter plan out too.

Push day today little frustrating as my set up on the hammer incline seat height wasn’t right and I dropped a rep which pissed me off as I was really raring for an increase to hit that 8th rep that’s eluding me. But oh well pump was great and pwo shots I was happy with so that’s nice to see my physique changing and looking better. Fuller and tighter so I’ll take that win. Big pull session tomorrow let’s go !

Rest day today guys another busy one. But a pretty shit one too. Got a chunk of work out in the morning. Did a load of steps and cardio. Eat meal 1. Then a few more check ins. Few more steps. Shower out to get the car mot kind of thing. Dubai’s version anyway but couldn’t get it done because I didn’t have an appointment so they re arranged it for tomorrow. Then got home and was nakkerd so eat my meals and washed some dishes and felt sorry for myself because I’m missing everyone so much. The family not being here is super hard. Need to man up. Tomorrow we’re in for push but not before a big work block i should have chipped away at today !

Pull day today with my client and a really enjoyable session. Before that wasn’t too crazy today. Minimal cooking which was nice as I had done alot the day before. Rest day tomorrow and I need to go and get the car mot’d. Well Dubai’s version. And then it’s just prep life. Work cardio etc and I really need to get some content done too. So will be pretty full on but that’s the norm now guys. Check in went well. Defo tightest so far and in the low 94s which is mad. Anavar started too so we know things are starting to move.

I’d say cardio fasted is superior. Steps pre meal is a nice way to just kick start digestion and gets things moving for me.

So guys got pretty overwhelmed with everything this weekend. Just so much to do all the time and no time to do it. Sleeps shit which makes it even harder and yeah just got well frustrated. Didn’t not do anything but had to train later and change somethings to get all my work, steps, prep, cardio and house work done. I really am missing Kels help but I won’t be defeated nonetheless. It’ll get easier im sure once I sort my sleep out. Big day tomorrow. Check in day for myself and a client training session too.
