    Nothing wrong with it at all apart from the fact you aren’t having any direct fat sources, vegetables or fruit. Also Restrictions of food groups when re introduced will give you digestion issues.

    You won’t put fat on with high stress. A calorie surplus will put fat on. You may gain water but water can be moved easily enough. Don’t worry about it and give yourself something extra to think about.

    I think it’s a very good substitute. I wouldn’t favour it over a high quality isolate but it’s still very good. Usually only recommend for people with lactose issues.

    Hey guys!!! What a day! So … let’s start with check in with jordan and how that went … so I don’t wanna get too excited as it was post rest day but I was my lightest yet at 96.7kg will add pics too. So felt positive today. I think pics looked better too I’ll attach them here.

    2 bros regional … my client placed 5th in a stacked class in classic physique. Tbf he could have placed higher potentially but I think he lacked a little size. But no joke the guys were big, conditioned and very classic looking! So no grumbles there. Being the last qualifier before tomorrow’s final it was always going to be a tough class. Back again for finals and we will peak properly for that so will be interesting to see how that goes. Men’s physique was also a very good standard !! Got me itching to compete. But need to get this fat off first! Haha. Anyway so long day left me with legs left to do…. 24 hour nrg gym! Best 24 hour gym I’ve seen… a lot of hammer strength equipment. Even tho I had to pay twice because the code they sent me didn’t work. So I paid £14 for 1 session when it’s £15 a month haha. Still it had to be done.

    I think it depends on your body fat levels. Post show on a cruise it is really easy to get fat. We had to really ignore hunger last year for a number of weeks to prevent this happening. We increased protein for satiety and left carbs for a while until we stopped cruising

    I think it would take away the point of the video. We want u to watch and engage. Get into the video and the intensity of the session. Use it for motivation. If you want to find what we do in the video just go to the log and find the workout written out

    Hey guys!! So today… guess what ! Weight jumped up again!!! Seriously I’m not gonna lie it’s really starting to get to me now and I feel like I’m behind. So jordan has put a lot of big changes in. Diet. Cardio and drugs all changed ! You can find it all in the new sections of our log. Cardio now up to 45 min and clen in at 40. Foods been dropped a lot too. Proviron increased too. These are what I need. The sad thing is. This is where my diet finished last time out and now we’re 8 weeks out and I’m here. So it’s gonna get low!! But I don’t care. I just wanna get inside out ASAP!! So let’s see how it goes. No cardio on leg days still jus steps. So I’ll check in tomorrow and let u know how that goes too. I have a feeling I’m heavier after eating late and waking up early. But it jumped up 0.9kg to 97.9!! I’ve been lighter after rest days recently and I started everything today too the extra cardio and clen etc. No time to waste!! Anyone at the 2 bros show tomorrow? I’ll be there and after the men are done I’m off to train legs at graftism so if anyone’s down for it let me know !!

    I’m like Ryan I’ve never had tbol. I know tren can make you gas out easily. Generally are you a fit guy ? Your weight gain isn’t stupidly extreme and bp is in a good place. Are you doing any cardio ?

    I was expecting u to say u don’t do any cardio. That’s odd mate. I’m not sure what the reason may be. Have you had bloods done? I’d look at getting them done to see if potentially there is something that could give you some more info on why you feel the way you do.

    Npp I would shoot every other day and the test e I would combine splitting the dose so I shoot them both every other day. Same barrel is absolutely fine.

    You can do whatever suits you best and keeps digestion optimal. The only time I wouldn’t recommend it is post workout so you don’t slow the uptake of carbohydrates. But again it’s not a must and if calories are high you may have to mix them there
