    As the guys have said. This is pretty normal. And as Kuba says im in exactly the same position. Weight hasn’t dropped but I’m much softer and feel fatter.

    Rest day today guys…. I am really really not enjoying my rest days recently – I know they are needed and I definitely feel I need them. But psychologically I just wanna train all the time. I’m loving my training. So I’m itching to train after every rest day. Tomorrow is legs as u know. I think I’m gonna go to code fitness. I was meant to be getting my bloods done in Birmingham but they’ve been re arranged to Friday now. Last bloods before we start to come down on Tuesday and switch compounds. Body weight is hovering around 98kg give or take a little. Definitely feeling softer / fatter today. Almost watery. Like my hat didn’t even fit as it usually does. So hopefully i look ok come Friday check in cuz right now I don’t look or feel myself. No paranoia or mind games in case you rink that lol. I’m just being honest with u guys. Will keep u all the posted on tomorrow and how it goes

    I’ve never heard this to be beneficial. It’s a moderate Esther and it’s intramuscular so it’s not going to give u any benefit after an hour.

    Sounds exactly what I’ve been going through. More than likely the right glute has took more load and pulled on the lower back. This is what I did. I’m still getting issues with mine now after a lot of treatments.

    As you say mind set is key here. You gotta really work In detaching yourself from the hunger aspect of dieting it’s part and parcel my man.

    Like hilly said maybe food choices need looking at.

    Always drink loads of water and increase veg too

    Hey guys… so today I jumped in a pull session with Zac Fotheringham a very good friend of mine – he’s 4.5 weeks out from the last 2bros qualifier in men’s physique and is pretty much ready. He’s shredded. Looks awesome. So anyway he had a high rep back session to do.. (I didn’t know this until I got there ????). 15-20 reps on everything and 3 sets too. Can’t say I really enjoyed it. High reps throughout a whole session is definitely not my thing which was confirmed today lol. I like doing a few sets of isolation work around the 15 rep mark or a back off set but not the whole session and it was quite a big one. Good pump but for me that’s about all I got from it. Didn’t really enjoy it. I’ll write the session below. Does anyone like high rep sessions ? Have a look at this and tell me if you’d enjoy it. I’m really really having fun training recently and enjoying staying strong and challenging myself so this is the only real annoying thing is that I have to wait until Thursday now for legs until I can hit a session of my own, oh well. Different stimulus and all that couldn’t have done any harm
