I would still have it. I eat my cream of rice an hour before training. We all have different rates of digestion and of course depends on the food and how dense the food is. Cream of rice is so easy

Hey guys!!! So rest day today… usual bits and bobs happening. Trips to the supermarket to stock up on food. 1 to 1 Pt and some online work also…. but today marks the first day of my cruise ! Mixed emotions beginning a cruise…. happy to have a break from strong compounds and pinning every other day… then on the other hand …. fear of losing size and strength…. but in this lies the challenge !!! Maintain strength. Maintain performance !! It’s only 4 weeks guys and I’m determined to do so. I’m also interested to see how my condition will change being off tren and anavar as there’s no doubt they’ve helped to keep me tight. So it’s a time I’m intrigued about and of course I’ll keep you all posted on how it goes. One thing I can tell you is I’m so so so excited to get started and get shredded !!! Leg pull tomorrow and will speak to jordan this evening to see if I need to lower volume or switch back to push pull legs minus the prs to allow for better recovery.

Today we filmed delts and triceps and a series of questions ! It was such an awesome day! So so happy!! I smashed my last week on the same session and really can’t wait for you all to see it. I hope it comes across well. Last week I hit 5 and a half plates a side for 5 pretty poor reps. Today I hit 5 and a half plates for 6 clean reps with good depth and it felt great. Also some really good questions too so I hope you enjoy those too. As always as much feedback as possible is always very much appreciated.

When you have time off training does sleep improve ? Try sleep stack with halcyon pre bed that really puts me in a deep sleep

After feeling like rubbish yesterday I was surprised with my pull session today. Beat my log book on a couple of exercises and generally had a very good session. Recording delts and triceps with Rebecca tomorrow so really hoping I’m strong tomorrow as my last few videos have just not been very impressive lol. So tomorrow I’m gonna kill myself hahaa
