If you aren’t feeling the benefits from the intra carbs defo move them to where you feel you will benefit from them the most. I like to drop mine very low towards the end of a diet and never really do that high during peak off season either.

Never been one for making or baking rather. Tesco sell sweet chill rice crackers. They’re amazing. With some cooked chicken breast from the deli counter they’re a great go to snack.

I think it’s a fact of people prefer to eat rather than drink calories. For satiety. For taste. Cream of rice is something you can really jazz up with some good tasting protein maybe some fruit and some stevia or flavour drops.

Hey Guys. Rest day today… I do apologise for the lack of content on rest days. Some feedback would be awesome if you guys would want me to go into more depth of what I do I’m really happy to do that! So today I had 2 clients 7-9. Came home. Prepped some meals and took my daughter to a crèche, we then went to Leicester and I had the usual bodybuilder problem of having no smart clothes that fit me for a wedding I’m going to on Friday!! Is anyone else like me and hates trying things on? I buy everything online! So anyway went to Zara and found a few bits that fit and won’t look too silly! Lol. Then came back prepped a couple more meals met a bikini client competing in Barcelona Arnold’s this year trained her had a look at her and here we are now!! 2 more meals then it’s bed time for me! Literally everything I’ve done today haha. Hope you enjoyed that. And sorry if you didn’t ! Have a good evening guys

I used natural diuretics last year with great affect. 3 Water balance tablets and 2g vitamin c every 3 hours even through the night for 24 hours before the show

I have used on and off for a long time I feel if you can control the high and not let it control you ie make you lazy, binge or make you anxious and paranoid it’s a v good tool

I wouldn’t like to hazard a guess but I’ve took mine in my case to strict countries like Saudi Arabia and Dubai without an issue.

How are you measuring your heart rate ?
The machine really doesn’t matter tbh mate. Heart rate is key. Keeping it where it needs to be for the duration of the time you are performing it. Low intensity cardio shouldn’t take away from your weight sessions or fatigue you too much so pick what feels best providing hr is in range

Cracker of a session today!! Ultraflex again!! That’s the place to make you level up and train damn hard!! Leg pull or density day went down! Enjoyed it so much. Beat the book on snatch grip rdls 5 on 4 plates and the. Tried 5 and a half and got 2 before backing off. Then beat my pendulum pb hit 4 plates for 20 reps.
