    Looking at PCA Midlands and NABBA England. I have done a few posing seminars but really want to get in with some pros over the next few months to nail it ????. Been dieting really for the last 6 to recomp to be in a solid place to start 16 week prep. Still v strong for weight atm and hopefully retain as much muscle as possible with Corinne guidance ????

    Sounds like extreme tren cough maybe ? I don’t think it’s worth feeling like this mate for any compound I’d drop it.

    I’m with rich it’s more than likely because it’s high up on your back and causing you to bend at your lower back when trying to go deep. Are you dropping below parallel?

    Travelled to Ibiza today! So I packed a lot of whey, oats and rice cakes, did a little shop and got a few bits. Looking forward to letting my hair down and having some fun on this stag do. Not training. Well I’ve been instructed not to by jordan. But I might not be able to hold out the whole time I’m here lol. I go home Tuesday so we’ll see. I’m going to do my best to stay as close to my calories as possible. The main goal is not to lose any weight so hopefully I can maintain that. I’ve brought all my shots, orals and health Supps ! Hope everyone has a good Friday !

    Hi Haider. as mentioned on Instagram im coached by Corrine. Currently aiming at two shows in September with two different federations. Will be blasting posing practice all summer. Obviously I train with intensity and progressive overload where possible with my plan. Drugs at 500mg test e 100mg Masteron 1.5g arimidex. Currently around 16 weeks out! can’t wait to hit a session with you ????

    Solgar 7 was a game changer for me.

    Although Jp nutrition will be releasing a joint formula in powder form to mix as a drink. I was lucky enough to do some taste testing with jordan when I was last in Manchester. This is going to best of all joint formulas.

    I have a slight bend in my arms when performing them and that’s where I feel them the best as opposed to having a straight arm. I would definitely add a variation to dumbbell though , lying cuffed crucifix for me is king of lateral raise variations.

    I think you have to make it fit where it feels best. If it’s at a time that at first isn’t feeling very good due to it being new, give it time you will adjust and adapt and it will soon become normal. The main thing is you are getting it in.

    I reached out on Instagram and got a good few responses so I’ll do it here too. Guys I’m the only men’s physique athlete on the team and I know there are a lot of men’s physique guys who are members on the site!! Give me a shout let’s share our journeys. Our feelings towards the sport. The direction men’s physique is going. The different federations. The rules. How we prep. What we take !!! Let’s interact people !!! We all want to get bigger and better. Stronger and improve but we are where we are now let’s all improve together and share the journey we’re on!

    I don’t think it’s a great idea taking t3 without being on some form of anabolic steroid. It can really shed muscle from you and that’s definitely not what you want. Also going up to that dose is super high imo.

    I had an inguinal hernia operated on. Recovery was hard. Apparently is the more painful to recover from out of the 2. I do also have an umbilical hernia I’ll need operating on after this season is over.
