Hey guys. Yet another improved day. Walking I’d say normally now. Swelling has gone down everywhere apart from where the incision was made. So that’s a plus. Got all my health supps restocked today too. All supplement needs liposomal range, allnthe usuals. I genuinely think next week I can test the gym out on some machines etc. No heavy weight – big compounds and definitely not legs but I see no issues with some high rep push work on some machines to keep this muscle from leaving me and I’ll be ready for some rowing variation machines too potentially. Not sure on vertical pulls yet but I’m very happy with how I’m feeling and confident I’ll be bk training v soon. Hope everyone has had a good Friday.

Great protein source. One of my favs. Keep it in the only time you’ll ever want to get rid of it maybe at a business end of prep to save a few cals by switching to a white meat/fish and that’s just dependant on the goal and time.

Hey guys! Today was another positive day. I feel im so much more at ease walking today. Pace has picked up too. I’m happy about that. Not sure why as can’t be sure but last 2 days since the bpc157 and tb500 has gone in I’ve got better. But I’m also being very good with food. A lot of essential fats and so much veggies. So tomorrow I’m hoping for another step in the right direction, feeling even stronger with less pain again. Fingers crossed.

Hello mate what kind of hernia surgery did you have? I had an umbilical repair around 7 or 8 years ago. I remember being in pain for 2 days after the op and then taking it really easy for a while after. Think I was back in the gym after 6 weeks but I had a set of light dumbbells at home and would do some upper body stuff when I felt up to it.

Good luck with the recovery and don’t rush it, you’ll be through it in no time.
Btw I thought your video was very good, I stole a few ideas from it and found your explanations spot on. That gym looks wicked and the dumbbells look too nice to use!

Hey bud. I had open hernia surgery on an inguinal hernia. I’m walking pretty well now. 9 days post surgery. I feel I’m improving everyday quite quickly. Just get really tired easily and it aches. I’ve thought about getting some light dumbbells out tbh but not sure that will satisfy me so may leave it until I can hit the gym.

Ah right wicked mate. Thanks for the feedback glad you’ve made use of some stuff from it too yeah m10 is awesome you should try and get there if your ever in the east Midlands area. Thanks again mate.

The uk version no longer contains higenamine which I believe was the component responsible for making people sweat profusely

I’m interested in this – would you say it’s less effective now due to this being took out of the ingredients ?

That would mean your hitting legs 2 times every 8 days. Or would you want it sooner ?

I’d go push pull rest legs repeat – just be careful on the lower back loading so you don’t get too much of a cross over. Pick where you want it. Pull or legs – rdl is my fav at the min.

I think like hilly said get some soft tissue work done. If you have super tight it bands I know they can give knee issues that I’ve suffered from. Also hip alignment. If you have a tilt or a an imbalance that can also give knee issues due to you pushing unevenly without even knowing. Before taking drugs or meds see if you can ease the issue with deep tissue or see an osteopath who can assess you.

For 8 reps I’d save it bud. Hit your back off set immaculately and Next time load correctly and hit the lower rep range.

I’ve never heard of this happening to be honest. I’d try and up water and see how you get on. I think most people wake up semi dehydrated anyway from however many hours sleeping without water.

Hey guys. Bit of a late/early entry from me. Fell asleep at 7pm and just woke up now! Think the last few days of trying to be active has caught up with me. Today (yesterday) was a good day. Improved in terms of standing up straighter and walking a little easier again. Swelling is down and I’m looking forward to tomorrow for another day of improvement. Spoke to dr dean and he recommended that the research suggested 10mg of tb500 a week for 4 weeks then drop to 5mg for 4 weeks. Expensive is the first thought that comes to mind. It’s £31 for 5mg bottle ????. But I guess it’ll be worth it if it speeds my recovery up a lot. That and 2iu bpc157 am and pm and 2iu gh am and pm I’m praying gets me back in the gym ASAP!! Anyway keep you all posted guys and thanks for bearing with me. Hope you liked the video that’s up. Like I said. Any feedback is more than welcomed

Take it easy man, you’ll get there! I can relate to how hard it is to have to sit around and do not very much, its torture but a necessary evil! Keep your head up!

Thanks bud. Yeah your right. Felt a lot better today too. ????????

It’s like anything you have to base it on feedback. What’s the log book saying? Energy levels ? Aches and pains ? -are you maximising sleep quality, nutrient timing, supplements.

If you get good feedback and nail all variables I think you should be fine.
